Refused to send shipment to military base. I’ve ordered hundreds of things directly from China through every type of carrier. Refused to send small pieces of plastic being shipped for $10 a piece.

This is actually a company policy and legitimately is concerning. This is the only Chinese company that does this that I’ve come across and I order many things directly to my address on a military base.

Refusing to send order says I’ll send a refund eventually. After ignoring me and not shipping for over a month.

This would be one star if I could.

I bought a custom mouse pad and some mouse switches, they never arrived but an empty box and the customer support never responded, that's why they have written on their website "they don't take responsibility for the orders if they get lost". Instead of the content of the box being hidden away into another box or wrapped in a though paper. DO NOT buy from these people i would not recommend them

I have made 2 orders from X-raypad now and they have both been pleasant experiences. My latest order was a custom aqua control pro mid, with a few mouse accessories. The mouse pad came promptly, with thoughtful packaging. The pad is of great quality, recommend.

Ordered a pair of mouse skates, the package arrived at the local delivery warehouse empty and damaged, sent them photos and proof and spoke to the support for many days, no refunds or replacement. I wouldn't imagine shopping for bigger stuff if this is the experience buying a 10 dollar mouse skates

I did not receive what I ordered and paid for, the mouse pad did not match the measurements provided and the response from the seller has been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly discourage buying from this seller. I have now had to submit a dispute with PayPal and escalate that dispute.

Update: PayPal completed their investigation and decided the case in my favour and credited the full disputed transaction amount.

Let this be your warning not to waste your money on this business. Their customer service is atrocious and their product cheap and nasty.

I ordered a custom mousepad which you can easily order from their site. Including shipping fees it was still a good prize (from China to Germany). It came within a few days (under a week) without any problems. I am very impressed and happy with the custom made mousepad. The aqua control 2 pad specifically is one of the best mouse pads for fast paced games. Highly recommended.
The print looks amazing on it!

I ordered a custom thor couple of years ago and it came in perfect condition, and I am also still using it. Quality of mouse mats are very good, customer service is also very nice, I don't remember the guy's name but he made 100% sure that I liked the mouse mat before manufacturing it. Top notch stuff.

I read very good reviews about a particulate mousepad on their website (Aqua Control+) so I decided to order one to try out (I live in Germany). After a month of waiting I was notified that my order was "returned to the overseas warehouse" and they will "arrange a reassignment as soon as possible." Time passed and I never received a new tracking number or e-mail, the old tracking number was also dead. I contacted them to ask about my mousepad and they assured me it will be re-shipped in no time. After another 2 weeks of nothing I contacted them again and they told me the same thing. It has now been 3 full months and more than 5 e-mails since I originally made my order and I still haven't received nothing. I'd strongly advise you to stay away from them and just order a mousepad from a reputable european/american website.

Bought xraypad aqua control plus 4 months ago and its perfect till now.

Cant complain, the service was great the quality is great and it arrived quickly. Very happy with my purchase

Ordered a custom mousepad from them, got it in around 2 weeks due to current world situation, which is expected. The customer service is good, they responded to me quite quickly, in my case they usually responded in around 10-30 minutes, but this most likely depends on when you email them.
