I ordered 4 headlamps in November 2022. After multiple emails to customer service and "apologies" I still haven't received them. It's now August 2023. I'm still trying to get my money back.

It took a lot longer to get than was advertised and when it arrived the order was not correct. I ordered and paid for two headlamps and recieved one headlamp and two keychain lights

Waited many days for my items to ship when they advertised same day shipping. One item was missing and after about 10 emails I have not received a refund or the missing item.

I'm electrician plumber in heat and air guy and once you put the light on the mold you have to go through so many switches to cut it on and off it just needs one light one mold on off bright or dim I don't like the light I'd really like to have my money back

It did take a while to receive my headlights, however, they kept me informed and that was a plus. It arrived in good condition and packaged very good.

Your inventory is wrong or empty. I paid foe 2 day shipping and had to wait a month for me to get my items.

The order took right at a month to get. Got an email a few days after the order saying your order shipped. No feedback on any shipping status or trackingnumber. After 3 weeks sent an email asking for an update and all I git back was a email stating "we are a small company and we will see if we can find out what the delay is". Never got an update. After about 9 days it showed up, well after my trip that I had ordered the headlamp for. By the way I live in the same state ( less than 200 miles) from the company. As far as the headlamp, it is no better than one you would spend $10.00 for at Walmart. I'm all for small business and understand issues happen but you should at least communicate to the customer in a timely manner. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It took over a month to get my product to me. I contacted 2xs and both told me it was on the way. The last time I wanted a refund. Didn't get it. Thought I got scammed. Then a week later it showed up. This is a mickey mouse operation. I wouldn't be back to purchase a hard time from them

This light does not last I can't even use it

Should have read the reviews before I placed my order.
Bionix did the same to me. Immediately charged my credit card and then never sent the merchandise. Not even an invoice. I sent emails...to no avail. They said they would refund my money "right now". That was 5 days ago. Still nothing. Glad I used a card.
I'm going to dispute the charged amount due to fraud on their part.
Live and learn..

Order 1384 was placed on 12/5 and charged my CC emails and voicemails go unanswered. Don’t order from them.

Ordered my 12 29 22 never received call's go unanswered Tex go unanswered scam don't by.we all need together and get our money back we should not let this go on... someone help what can we do?

Price was good. Ordered 2. Shipping was quick. These are really bright.
