If I could give less stars, I would. I ordered a total of 3 units on December 3rd, 2022 and haven't received anything yet (the date of this writing is January 3rd, 2023). I have called and left voicemails with no replies; I have emailed many times and received two cryptic responses - both promising that I will receive my orders in either 3 to 5 business days, or 3 to 7 days, both with guarantees that this isn't a scam. The last reply was last week - promising tracking info. Haven't heard anything yet, and I've sent two more emails since then looking for the tracking info. I asked for either a refund or my items. Seems like a bogus company at this point, and I would urge others to steer clear of these fraudster.

Making the order and their taking my money went smooth as glass.
EVERYTHING after that was a frustrating mess.
It is simply impossible to contact anyone in the company, from supervisor on down, by phone. The only nu.ber I could find went to a
worthless recording. Multiple, MULTIPLE email requests for a phone call or contact of any kind by a supervisor went unanswered. The only time any action was taken with my order was (surprise surprise) on the days I sent emails requesting to cancel my order. Even then, after they supposedly shipped the order, it sat in their warehouse woth a label created, but not being picked up by the carrier for a week, until I sent yet another email saying to just cancel the order. Surprise, again, that day it was released to the carrier...Oops, sorry, can't cancel now...
Utter lack of Customer Service

Took a long time to receive and it just came in a box like you would get from Alibaba. Not as bright as they claimed. I wanted the 1500 lumen and it’s nowhere near that. It was cheaper than my other headlamps and has help up well

Order never received. Company ignored my emails requesting status of deliver
Terrible experience.

Shipping glitz caused a delay in receiving but once I received I immediately started using carrying mail in the evening. The light broadcast is tremendous and the hand swipe option for turning off n on is very helpful!

Bought 3 of these lights. Had the impression that the front light(s) and the side (pinpoint) light could be used simultaneously. That is not the case. Also thought all 3 lights could be used in white color simultaneously... nope. Disappointed with the hand gesture off/on feature doesn't work well. Goes off and on by itself.

Placed order online. Emailed, called no response, no delivery. Contacted credit card company for refunded. Logged complaint with Florida Attorney General. Total scam.

Good light. Better than most ( I have 3). Only problem was that it took a while. It was finally shipped on the 3rd week after several phone calls wondering where it was.

EDIT: I changed my review to reflect a couple of things:
1) As luck would have it, the day I wrote a 1-star review because I hadn't received the product in over a month, the headlamp arrived in the mail. And 2) The product itself is great. I didn't post 5-stars because the companies communication with me was absent.

Prior review: I ordered a headlamp on November 18 and here it is a month later, down almost $30 and no headlamp received. One contact number on their website that only goes to voice mail and there is nothing that identifies it as Bionix. They do not respond to emails either. I've engaged my credit card company to get my money back.

Horrible shipper had to get my credit company involved finally got it a month later. I will not recommend this company to anyone !!

Never received my order. Paid for 2 headlights. Never got tracking, never got any other responses to 4 inquiries about it about first reply, which said they would have it out to me before COB that day. Didn’t happen and nothing as of today. Ordered almost a month ago.
UPDATE 1/3//23 order has arrived. Lights are actually very nice. I’m not sure what happened with the communication or why it took over a month but at least I have my order.

it shines up very well and the different light options and the light on the side of the headband is great.

Bought and paid for 2 at a discount using a code they gave me...First they charged me the whole amount No code/Discount then they never shipped the items..They have No phone number or contact info..total Scam artists!

Would just like to say I was skeptical at first , but man was I wrong, this has been one of the best headlamps that I have ever tried, the multiple light intensities are great for walking in the woods, especially the red light when I am trying to get to my stand as unnoticeable as possible, there is only one part of this light that I wish would perform better is the battery life, but it does last a good while, and I definitely would recommend this light to anyone that hunts !!

It Only Works On High For about an Hour after a FULL Charge,I was Very Dissatisfied that it only Works for That long,I was doing a Big Job as a Mechanic and I needed it to Finish the job and it Died half way Through,Your Box Says 48 hours on High and 24 on low🤔...I got a little over an Hour of Use,It's a Great Product if It could hold up for a Few Hours,So My Rating for this isn't so Great,My SNAP-ON Lasts at Least 6 hours on a Full Charge and I had to use it as a Back Up,I'm Very Disappointed in this Product and Won't be Buying More as I had Planned for Xmas Gifts for Friends

So I ordered this fantastic headlamp for my husband, he loved it and it has worked great for his daily chores or night walks with our dog.

But you must take into account the following: The headlamp arrives without a battery, so you will have to charge the battery for a few hours for the first time until you see a green light that will indicate that it is ready to charge! You may be scared thinking that the headlamp does not work but you just have to put it on charge.

In general, I must say that it shines much brighter than expected, it has 10 modes and is suitable for many activities or tasks. Regarding the price and quality you get more than what you pay for !!! so definitely worth the purchase.

I got 2 of your lights and they both seem to work well. Will know better this fall when using for dark snoblowing.
