Scam! 16 days and no product,many emails sent with no response! I bet their Mother is very proud of them for stealing from people…..Buyers Be ware!!!!!!

They took my money and never sent item,and never responded to emails or calls, complete scam,they should be ashamed to advertise they are an American company, lesson learned!!!!

I ordered 3 Jan 4 2023 I still havent received anything got ahold of one person via email saying soooo sorry for the order then they emailed me a tracking number total crap didnt work do not order from this company

Scam I ordered the headlamp and they took the money from my credit card right away. I never received the headlamp. I sent emails and called the phone number but nothing worked. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they put the money back into my account. I then received an email from Bionix saying that my headlight had shipped. That was 2 weeks ago and still no headlamp. Calls and emails are not answered. This company has great advertising but no product to deliver. Complete scam look elsewhere.

Scam - I paid and never received the product. The emails and phone numbers on the website go nowhere.

Never received one of my orders from November 2022. I've sent email after email. I finally received one order in January. I still haven't received my second order placed same day. So until I receive it my rating will stay a 1.

They took my order and money on 12/8/2022. As of today, no product & 0 response to my numerous attempts to contact them.

Terrible customer service Want to return 3 lamps came too late for Christmas and they liked the ones better that we ordered so we could get in time. These are too heavy compared to the the one from Amazon we bought. They will not answer phone, emails, nothing. Better Business Bureau or other agencies to be notified if I do not hear back from them.

Like others, ordered a headlamp on 12/27/22. Received a confirmation email, then... you guessed it, nothing. Phone number listed on their website goes unanswered, and the customer "support" email bounces back as undeliverable. If it's advertised on FB, it's probably a scam and this is no exception!

Order number 1193. Ordered in November it's January 16th.. This place is a scam. They charged by card then claimed shipping problems, then said they needed order number then disappeared!!!

Shipping took way to long, light not as bright as my $15 one from Amazon only plus is battery life is longer.

Slow shipping, if you are not in a hurry, wait for this headlamp because it will be worth it. It says it has 1500 lumens, but I think when you use the dual mode and turn on all the led strips, it looks like 3000 lumens. but keep in mind that this super bright mode will drain your battery in less than 4 hours, so use this mode sparingly. it has 8 more modes that you can safely use as long as you want and it will last you up to 3 days on battery.

I ordered 3 in November and just recieved (2) 3 days ago.
Order numbers 1178 and 1179.

I ordered 2 spotlights only got one. No return phone calls , no email replies and I'm out 14.97!

I ordered 2 headlamps and recieved email confirmation. Later I received an email saying my order had shipped but the tracking info was left blank. I contacted customer service and received an apology and a picture of mail bins filled with orders but still no tracking info. 2 weeks later I contacted them again and this time recieved and apology that they had gotten in too many orders and where waiting on more product. I also noticed some other irregularities in the emails so I asked them about canceling my order. They have yet to respond again.

Bought product on 11/30/22 & I still have nothing to show for it, no tracking number nothing & today is 1/3/2023
