Scam, counterfeit items, takes months to get what was purchased. Tried to return but no response! Stay away!!!

SCAMMM Ordered in May but like the rest no items tracking number does not work obviously as no items have been shipped
This evening my bank account was hacked my email was hacked and I believe it’s this company
DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM
I wish I read the reviews before ordering

It’s been 5 months. Stopped replying to emails now.

BIG FRAUD!
They take your money, give you excuses about why there is no trancking and, after 4 months, NO PRODUCT OR COMPENSATION!
They do not answer to e-mails anymore.

DO NOT BUY! REPORT THESES THIEFS!

Money taken and no order sent. Have emailed but no reply so having to raise a dispute with card company.

Avoid.

Scam. Dropshipped from China - took 2 months to arrive and when it did the branding on the watches was not even Elevio. It was something random.

DO NOT BUY.

They are not even willing to offer a refund.

I placed an order with Elevio on the 22nd of November 2024;
14th of December 2024 I emailed them and stated that my order status is is ready to ship for a long time but there's not update and I can't track it;
* same day I received a message stating that the order is on its way but the tracking is not working, with out signing the name in the signature of the email
22nd of December 2024 - still no update of the order and have been waiting for a month now, I ask for compensation for the second time and ask for a update, stating this unacceptable;
27th of December 2024 - I finally get a reply to my email, they stated that my order is in transit. Please note, they have not address my name in the start of the email and again did not sign off with there name not mentioning anything about compensation and where my order is "it's in transit" that's all.
30th of December 2024 - I email them back stating the following.
*I have not had any delivery notice,
* your tracking number does not work,
*on your website, it is stated that it is a fast delivery.
*Most importantly, I have not had any real update.
And again mentioned that they did not reply to compensation
31st of December 2024 - "Hi Mr.," we will contact our courier for updates (again not sign of name below and not addressing my name
* same day I email back stating what of the compensation on the massive delay, lack of communication and not addressing my name in any email. Also saying I am unhappy and this is unacceptable
1st of January 2025 - I get a reply for them for the first time using my name, that the delivery is delayed due to high volume of deliveries, sorry for inconvenience and again not mention on compensation and not sign of name at the bottom of the email
7th of January 2025 - I email because there is not update stating the following
Please answer my questions ASAP!
1) where is my order?
2) why has it taken so long?
3) I want compensation for this delay, send me another watch for the delay of my choosing or a refund of one watch which would be £32.38.
I also said that I will complain to Google, shop and Instagram about them if I don't get a reply
8th of January 2025 - again stating the same thing in the email they sent last about high volume of deliveries and apologies for the delay (with out my name at the start, with out there name at the end, without answering any of the questions
12th of January 2025 - again I ask for an answer for the above questions
Please answer my questions ASAP!
1) where is my order?

13th of January 2025 - they say the order is still in transit and they can offer me a refund (without using my name, without signing with there name, without any answer of the above questions)
* same day I ask for compensation and ask what can they do
14th of January - I send a chaser on the above
15th of January - I get told the order is still in transit and that's all
* same day I say I want compensation for this terrible service and ask for tracking information

It has been almost 2 months and not reply since my last email. Since the first email, I don't know who I'm talking to and they are not polite enough to say my name.

Its a scam, took money and no reply and no product.

AI generated replies, no product delivery, just sorry messages to gain time but no show of the products delivered. Very prompt reply to all emails, but no substance just promises. Need to turn to your bank to dispute the transaction!

Waste of time and money, they never deliver.
I bet you they’ll never even respond to these reviews because they haven’t even done enough homework work to check on trust pilot for they scammy brand

Save your time and money . These guys are scammers and big frauds!

Absolutely fraudulent, they take your money and claim delivery can be up to 2-3 weeks. But my bank explained that these kind of companies gamble on the chance that you forget your purchase with them after they continue reassure your product will get delivered. I am writing this review because this company went to the far lengths of getting a tracking number but when you click the link. It just says processing. You never get the product.
