This company doesn't exist, can't reach out anybody, no customer service to call, my order hasn't arrived, been a month already, I sent several emails , never responded.

Watch stopped working only got it at Christmas time have emailed luxium many times on there contract email. All I get is do you want to buy a watch. NO just reply with instructions what I need to do. LUXIUM GET STUFFED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WATCH ST ALL.

Switched from garmin to the shield and I don’t really miss much. Maybe the app could improve a bit but hardware wise it’s solid.

I've ordered one but I've tried to cancel it straight away after purchase. My email was ignored. 2 days later I've received an email about packages being lost, I've replied to that again saying I've tried to cancel it. I'm guessing the watch is on the way but I've read some very bad reviews is general.
So far 1 star for customer service.
Update; Watch arrive, comes from CHINA! Its not a US watch as described, and it's unbranded.

I cycle quite a bit and the shield tracks my rides pretty well. Heart rate zones are helpful too.

Been using the ultra for a few months now and still no scratches somehow. I’m not exactly careful so that says a lot.

I work painting houses and my shield has been through a lot already. Still holding up which is kinda impressive tbh.

These guys are scam artist said my watch was delivered and it never was I sent email after email and never got a response so now I was stuck paying 130 dollars for a watch I never received. I ended up going to buy an Apple Watch just beaten especially if using sites like affirm to pay for items. I would never send any one to these guys

Setup on the shield was super quick. Synced almost instantly and everything just started working. No weird setup process or anything.

I sweat a lot at the gym and the shield band doesn’t get gross.

I check my watch constantly for directions and messages at work. The stinger screen stays readable even in sunlight which helps a lot.

I’ve tried a few budget watches and the ultra is the first that doesn’t feel cheap. Weight, finish everything just feels better overall.

The stinger notifications have been super useful for me at work. I can’t always grab my phone so just checking my wrist saves time.

Took the ultra hiking for a full day. Battery still had juice left at the end which surprised me.

Something about the stinger finish just looks clean. Not shiny or plasticy, just simple and premium looking.

The stinger connects to my phone instantly every time. No random disconnects or anything weird so far.

Picked up the ultra mostly for the look, wasn’t expecting much tbh. But after using it a bit, the tracking is actually pretty solid. Steps, sleep, heart rate all seem accurate enough for me.

This is the worst watch buying experience ever. I've tried several times to contact you regarding my issues. I tried to cancel before my order was shipped after reading real reviews. Once the watch did arrive it look like it came straight from temu, you guys slaped on a shipping label from Henderson, NV and shipped to me. The extra add on watch band is also as cheap as can be. The tool to resize broke and couldn't even push the pins. Everything about the watch and the band is a disappointment. No customer support or contact after they collect their money. Very frustrating and disappointing.
