My first experience with miss a was so…

My first experience with miss a was so good place my order on the 22/2/2018 & received today 7/3/2018 wow I love all the Iteam I order and love how they packed them bubble wrap everything and nothing was damage . was so fast to get to nz will defenetly order some more thanks miss A++++++.

Love this online shop for the great prices on makeup products. The shipping takes a little while, but worth it in the end.

Wheres the negative 5 star option?

Id give it less if i could. Useless service, broken website, doesnt accept my email (because ends in ".on.net")
And useless fu*king broken a*s live chat with staff that treat complaints as "inquirys"... spend a bit extra elsewhere - its better than dealing with fuckwads that dont know the difference between html coding and C++

Oh also ending the live chat because you don't know how to deal with an annoyed customer is really bad practice guys, just sayin.

Positive surprised! +++++

I am actually shook!!! :o After reading some comments here I was scared that I wasn´t going to receive my order etc. But it came after around 1 month. Everything was wrapped up really nice, and I got everything I purchased. The items were all sealed, and I am so satisfied! The products are of high quality as well. I recommend this website to EVERYONE! It is best though if you live in America otherwise the shipping will be a bit expensive. Since I live in Sweden I had to pay extra fee for it to be brought into Sweden, but it was worth it :)

I wish I lived in America, Miss A - you´re amazing! I highly recommend and I will buy from them again! BUY and you won´t regret it! Sincerely Melissa.

I honestly LOVE this site!!

I honestly LOVE this site!!! My highlighter came in it’s own wrapping secure and safe so it wouldn’t break, not even Sephora or anywhere does that. Everything I got was fantastic and worth the price!!! I will definitely be shopping here often! LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️

Great

Just made my second order, super excited to get it. I recommend to try their own brand, AOA - especially liquid lipsticks and eyeshadow pigments. I only usually buy mac and natural cosmetics, but I'm also in love with the stuff shop miss a offers. Great prices for experimenting!

Amazed

I purchased a lot of make up, the service was amazing, delivery was quite fast, and I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Highlighters by Amuse brand were amazing, I have quite expensive ones that do not look even close to these. Oval brushes that were only 5$ (5 of them) are just wow. Beauty blnder is quite nice as well. Orderd few of liquid metallic lipsticks and mate liquid lipsticks and they are good. The shade "Naked" is way better than Nyx formulas of any liquid lipsticks. Eyeshadows are pigmented and blend so well without a lot of effort. Primers are great too...Overall I highly recommend you to try this make up line if you cannot ot do not wanna spend a lot of money on expensive make up that don't work sometimes. This is just amazing brand! Cruelty free as well. Loved it !

I love this website!❤ On my second order.

I love this website!❤ The lippies in matte and metal are super long lasting and extremely pigmented. I also ordered ear rings which are the same deal you get at forever 21 but for a fantastic price. The eyeshadow is very pigmented but does have fall off. Order took about 2weeks to get to me, I live in California. I Will continue to order.

I've had nothing but good experiences …

I've had nothing but good experiences shopping with ShopMissA. Their products are very good quality for only $1.
I mostly purchase beauty tools, but I've also bought jewelry and everything was in perfect condition and definitely didn't feel like $1.
The orders are packaged very nicely and everything arrived in 1 piece.
Shipping did take a while (about 1 month) because i'm an international buyer, but my order was processed and shipped out within a day.

10/10 couldn't recommend more highly!

I buy offline all the time at the moment as I am travelling, so I know what to expect! But all the products are amazing value! It arrived within two weeks, even though I'm in New Zealand! The products themselves are of a great quality and I couldn't recommend them more highly! The box was undamaged as were all the products and was packaged beautifully! I will absolutely be shopping with Miss A again and so should you!

Count on your luck

I have made a purchase of USD49.95, of 40 items. As it was an international shipment, I choose to purchase the maximum of 40 items for the shipping charge of USD9.95.

I accidentally clicked on the same item twice, and upon payment, I realized that, and immediately sent an email to the customer service, but was replied that the order had gone to their warehouse for processing, and as they are fast workers, they had probably packed the items and delivered out. Funny, I sent them the email immediately after I made the purchase and payment online, and they could only reply me a few hours later, due to the time difference, yet the warehouse staff could move that fast to have my items packed and shipped out.

I received my purchase several weeks later. 1 item, a lip gloss, was unsealed, and obviously used, as I can see the stain at the side of the tip, which could not be wiped. I sent another email, with my feedback on this. Then the reply came, claiming that their warehouse security was tight, and their employees could not possibly unseal the products and use them, and most probably it was due to manufacturer's fault, as the products came directly from their suppliers. Nevertheless, I was offered a credit of USD1.00, for my future purchase, though I have not received it in my account on the website yet, the customer service officer did mention that it would take a few days to be credited.

I don't know if I will make purchase from this website again. I was lucky to have the other items delivered in good condition, but I am not sure if I will be as lucky next time.

Worst online shopping experience ever

Made 3 orders non of them showed up not willing to give a refund kept telling me had to wate 90 days when shipping states 7 to 27 business days not satisfied at all I've been scammed never will I ever buy from them again bad customer service all around I've urged friends and family not to buy from this site

Wrong items sent but....

Ok so I have ordered once before my recent experience and had no problems but this last time I ordered I revived 6 duplicate items and I proceeded to contact the company on the error that occured here is where the problem came in that when I went to put a request in the policy you have 3 days from delivery to make a claim send clear photos of the items that were wrong and the invoice that came with the package so I had just made, the date and had the photos but I didn't have the invoice since I didn't know that at all so I sent my receipt instead but Mary the person I talked to said because of the policy I couldn't be helped so I got so upset and sad that I even was close, to canceling my, recent order which would be my 3 order with them I let, them know that I wanted that, order canceled I even went through my garbage to find the invoice but 0 luck but I thought about the good experience I had before and decided to give them another shot and I don't regret it Tracy the manager contacted me with a gift card for the duplicate items and I couldn't be more, happy I'm glad it ended on a good note for that, I will be a long life custumer and I thank them for understanding the circumstances of it all I would recommend shop miss a to everyone but please note the policy i will say it again for someone like me who didn't know please keep it in mind so you won't have a problem making a claim like I did make sure it's 3 days from delivery date send clear photos of the problems, with the items and send a clear, photo of the invoice that comes WITH YOUR, PACKAGE PLEASE SAVE YOUR INVOICE I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!! thanks shop miss A again I can't wait to order again <3 Linda

SHOP MISS A A-LIST DILEMMA

I've Been ordering from Shop Miss A Since February this year. I have had maybe one or two items that i never received but was charged for, and one E.L.F. Mascara/Eyeliner that was dried up, but i never minded it since it's only a dollar and they have pretty nice things on their site.. HOWEVER, I'm EXTREMELY UPSET about their A-LIST membership where if you spend more than 300 bucks within one calendar year you SUPPOSEDLY get access to their exclusive products for still $1. the reason i am upset is because after reaching the 300 mark i still could not see the alist items. So i Msgd a Miss A Rep named Natalie. Her Exact reply to me was

Hello Marylynn!

Thank you for your message!

Our systems add new A-listers every week. If you still not see a welcome email in the next few weeks we may have discontinued the A-List.

***You can see why I'm upset.. I've been doing my best to get to the 300 mark. The last order i made that made me reach 300 was about 2 weeks ago.(They told me that it takes one week to get in because they update the list weekly..WELL after reading this i was so disheartened. I've recommended their site to A LOT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS and told them about the A-list. I've said nothing but nice things about them..BUT TODAY was just something else... We'll see if they have decided to "discontinue" the A-list membership within "the next few weeks" i guess. Now i'm second guessing everything...I just hope to God that this wasn't a scam to begin with just to get people to buy more things...because I've searched long and hard trying to find people who got into the A-list but have yet to find one person/one review.

I'll probably still get stuff from them..but I'm still super disappointed.( Unless they decide to stop shipping to me because I made a bad review.) Which i hope is not the Case! But i'll be prepared for it.

I was skeptical at first but...

After reading so many online reviews I was honestly skeptical of this website especially cause I spent $40. The package came in 4 days and all my items were there. Nothing was broken everything was correct. Exactly what I ordered. The packing slip seemed to be hand checked off which is very reassuring, I'll most definitely try this shop again.

Recurring Sentiments

I see a pattern here! I had a terrible experience- items not shipped, yet received a couple weird pieces that were not part of my order. When I contacted Mary at Customer Service, all went fine until the inference was made that I was not being truthful due to the weight of the package!
(Mind you- I had to provide a packing slip picture so she could first check the inspector number). All downhill from there! She has now stopped emailing me and I am writing off my $17.95 as a bad experience, with the hope that my CC company might take note as well!
I believe they send 1 out of 5 good packages so that they do keep some customers happy! STAY AWAY! Instead- go to your trusted sites!

Well needs work

I shop at Shop miss a many times and love the jewelry. sadly 7out of 10 they either get the wrong item or they just say Oops? a few products in your order have SOLD OUT. My question is why if is SOLD OUT I get charged the item??? I have email them every time this happened and they do give me credit in the website. I hope they work on it.
