Ordered two t shirts from Christmas presents and emailed the company to ask if they expedite shipping. I received an email the next day to say they would send out asap. The t shirts arrived within three days to the UK - what excellent service and the t shirts were amazing too. Would have no hesitation in ordering from The Shrig Shop again and almost certainly I will.

Poor delivery experience from UPS but sorted out well by Shrig Shop
The item was delivered to UPS locker. I wasn’t sent QR code. So couldn’t collect. I spoke to UPS they didn’t send another code and at one point hung up on me.
I emailed shrig shop directly and they sorted the problem out immediately and I was able to get QR code and get my parcel. Shrig Shop have been brilliant. Plus the item order was brilliant. Newman dealt with my problem very efficiently and refunded postage costs 😊
