The quality of goods, speed of delivery, packaging all very good. Easy to order however only downside was I didn’t receive a confirmation of order placement and delivery so was left in the dark till package arrived. Delighted with my purchase.
UPDATE. After Shrig Shop reply I have checked junk folder and a full listing of receipt of order, dispatch date, delivery time etc was there across 4 emails. So my apologies for not checking junk folder mail folder, and have updated experience to 5 stars. Excellent service and products

I ordered some postcards, and I love them. They're just wonderful, and the shipping was a lot faster than I expected. I put them up in my kitchen. Now the walrus makes me giggle every morning when I have my coffee. Thank you, David.

Profits from the sales that week were being donated to Doctors Without Borders so I ordered some early (for me anyway!) Christmas presents.
Parcel took a bit longer to arrive because of where I live but really happy with the things I got - easy ordering, great quality and well packaged.

I’ve browsed the shop many times but finally bought something because of their charity promotion. I love my hat it’s just like the pictures. The customer services was fantastic and they were very helpful when I chose the wrong courier option. Great experience and I’ve now ordered some calendars for Christmas present and am looking forward to finally getting some art prints when my bedroom renovation is finished

Saw an ad on Facebook and thought a print would be an ideal gift. Ordered on the Shrig Shop site (all very smooth) and received within 5 days as advertised.
Recipient delighted!

Perfect item however delivery was two days later than quoted.

The fact that the quality of the fabric is beyond what I expected and the vibrancy of the colours is over the top, AND I have an actual David Shrigley art piece (well, almost) that I can afford makes the “scored a great deal” trifecta bracket

Despite some confusion regards the addition of a 'free gift' to my order the fulfilment team responded promptly and helpfully to resolve. This kind assistance continued when there was further confusion (from me) about part of the order missing. It's all too common for online sales to have almost zero support in case of issues so this was a refreshing change!

I ordered the huge green cat card for my nephews birthday. It is a musical card and the sound was great. It was quite pricey but it's unique, very good quality, and quick delivery, so I am very pleased and will be sure to order something else again.

The most amazing customer service. I don't think I have ever had such a positive online experience with an international company. I was kept up do date on my delivery via email and instagram, and when there was a problem with the carrier, (not their fault) Shrig Shop offered to send out a replacement free of charge to my friend in Australia as the delay meant that she had already left the UK. If only all businesses were so honourable
