They has some initial booking issues- could not reserve a booking. Was eventually able to book a reservation the day of. Driver was friendly and polite.

The company that was provided to us was outstanding. We had several trips with Engeaguiar Transportation and they were all great. I would definately use them again. All drivers very curtious and freindly. The vehicles were spotless. They were always on time or early.
Bad experience, Will not use again
Booking was easy and straight forward for a transfer to the airport, however the person that messaged to say he would be our driver (Allen), actually wasn’t. An Uber was sent instead and although I was messaged with the drivers name and car reg he would not take us as he had a different name. He vacate rude and told us to sort ourselves out and drove off. Contacted ‘Allen’ who sent another Uber Driver. This Driver refused to take us saying he was only booked to take us 2 blocks away and rudely said he would not drive us to the airport and drove off. Eventually a third driver was sent and he was very nice. Had we not already paid for our transfer we would have cancelled and booked a taxi. The whole experience was stressful and the 2 Uber drivers were unnecessarily aggressive and rude. I will not book again with Shuttlefinder as I do not want to risk the chance of a bad service again

Driver Left Without Us, Never Even Saw Him
Never saw our driver Andres and had to find our own way from Orlando airport to the hotel late at night.
Why? Because our plane was late (which he knew because his job was to track it, too) and baggage/immigration was slow, and by the time we were clearing immigration, he wanted $20, cash only, for every extra 30 minutes he'd been waiting for us. He even pretended he'd contacted 'the company' to make this unusual demand for additional cash due to our plane's lateness. He then left us there, before we got outside to talk to him, pretending he had another job to go to at 10:30 at night when I told told him I hadn't seen the cash demands for being late out of the airport in the terms and conditions of our booking. I then had to find another way to get to the hotel with my daughter late at night after our delayed and long 9 hour flight.
Airport and Hotel workers were appalled when we told them what had happened and all said it was a scam, too, and that cash should never be demanded by drivers that you've booked through shuttle sites. Just really poor treatment, after we did everything we'd been asked: let him know via message as soon as we landed, let him know about the baggage delays, let him know when we were clearing immigration.
What SHOULD have happened if he genuinely had another job and couldn't wait for a delayed flight was to message accordingly and immediately refund the money with apologies, along with suggestions about how to get a taxi or other transport from the hotel. Instead, ShuttleFinder is refusing to refund our money because the driver went to the airport. We will be pursuing a refund through our card issuer.
