Pickup was fast and easy
Pickup was fast and easy, we weren't pushed into taking company's insurance. The car was exactly the model and make as booked. It had a lot of scratches and dents, so it took a while to record them all property. However on return, we had to prove that tire damage was there all along - this seems little unnecessary for a such beaten car.

Very nice car and good customer service
We got a brand new car, the staff was very nice for check-in and check-out. We were able to pre-fill our details while waiting in line during check-in, so the process went smooth.

The car was great, services as well.
I was just surprised there are still relatively new cars without air conditioning :-) We survived without AC, because it was April, but in July we would die in the car of heat.
