In my experience one of the most swift processes to pick-up and return a car. Mostly recent vehicles and a reliable company, my preferred rental company.

Easy to use website. Friendly staff!! Choose the 'all inclusive" package and you have a worry free vacation :) The option to pick up the car in Perugia Centre and return it at Umbria airport is a very good option.

I thought the service was great,little delay on taking and returning the car. My cheap hire was perfect,no issues. Didn't feel that the local insurance too high either. All in all, a pleasure.

Our flight was cancelled last minute and we had to change the dates of our car booking. The staff of Sicily by Car was wonderful. The car was easy to find and everything went well after that!

Rented a car for 5, then for one additional day (flight cancelled). Great experience at pick-up and drop-off, if all IDs and cards are in order. I would add on the contract or even on the printed voucher the small steps you need to do in order to modify the contract (I had to do it due to a flight cancellation). I had to call numerous numbers just to get the info regarding the E-mail address where to send the request for the change of the leasing contract. After this, everything went smooth. Other than this, enjoy Italy!

Everything was OK. It is recommended to get car with really full insurance for region of Sicily.

The car looks fine and clean, and the recepcionist was kind with us.

Very short waiting time in and out,friendly staff for Return and some Information to the Terminal. The outside cleanless was not good but thats the only thing.

Picked car up late in evening from Malta depot. Have rented numerous cars from numerous companies over many years, but was obliged to sign and agree to one list of charges starting from hundreds of euros for a minor scratch. New car in excellent condition, recently washed and still wet with soapy/oily substance. On return operative studied car up close with light on his phone and pointed out barely visible hairline scratch to plastic surround over rear wheel arch. Wasn’t visible on collection and operative eventually backed down.
