Customer service is terrible. We use one of their services Swipe Simple which is great but there is zero information stating that swipe simple is a part of Signapay. They started to bill me monthly for compliance not being completed after 1 year but they will not respond to tickets submitted where I can not log in to take the compliance info. They need to be more forthcoming with their relationship and co-brand with Swipesimple on their emails and they need to have a phone number where people can get assistance with inability to login not just state they will send to sales person who never calls then never respond to tickets submitted online.
I am not a fan of the increase in price. My fee went up 66.6% without much warning.

Great Customer service. Whenever you have a payment issue or program request, it is quick and easy to open a trouble ticket and they respond in a timely manner.

So far I have not had any issues. Just operator error. If we get the Quick Books thing figured out, so I can integrate the Valor Portal and Quick Books...that would be wonderful
