Working With Signa pay Compliance is a Pain. Scan after scan after scan. Trying ti issue Refunds to Customer is a Joke! You need to talk to Tech Support. Signapay does not respond to email. Tech support is weak at best! Seem to have marginal tech employees. Avoid if you have other choices.

We have waited for 2 months now trying to get our daily reports emailed to us. Originally we received these, but no longer do. And we have made numerous requests for this change

A the provider Rick Pernici is a good friend of mine and he suggest y’all that a square let somebody steal from me get alone and I gotta pay it back after 16 years of being with them that’s why I was treated from squatters that got my identity and abused my square and pretended to be me and squared back me up so I switched and y’all been great so far
