This was a very dreaded task - changing bank accounts for our business. I emailed support and was promptly supplied the forms that needed to be completed and the information on what additional needed to be submitted. Very clear instructions - easy to follow and I quickly submitted. Requested a start date several days in advance figuring it would take some time and in a couple of days I rec’d an email asking if I would like for the change to take effect that day (2 days earlier than I requested). Very happy at the ease and the promptness of getting this process done with SignaPay - the people helping were fantastic!
It’s nearly impossible to reconcile deposits.
Everything I called to get assistance with was taken care of. This was a wonderful experience with customer service.
You need to be more streamlined like the Clover products. Not having the ability to handle credit card issues and see real time information on transactions is not acceptable.

If I could give a zero I would. New customer and not sure why I switched. Deposits & reporting are minimal and not forthcoming. Customer support via email must be by snail mail cause it's been 4 days and no response.

It took three days to get this done because of miscommunication.
I could get over the fees. But after canceling (because I was told I could withdraw from my reserve after 6 months but couldn’t), I was told I had to wait an additional 6 months to get my funds. This wasn’t told upfront! Then I was granted a partial and told to call back in 30 days for the rest and now being told “no you have to wait the rest of the 6 months for your other funds”. I had ZERO chargebacks for my company and STILL they are “worried” about a chargeback. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend!
Even though you knew the system had an issue with deposits, you did not inform your customers until after I had been on the phone for over an hour. The problem is still not solved, but communication is essential to business.
