Great company. When you have an issue there is alway someont to help resolve the problem and when you send in a request they always get back to you in a timely manner. Very helpful with everything.

I always receive great help from Customer Support and Tech Support when needed. So do my merchants which is very important!
Also very good help with details of my merchants chargebacks when needed. SignaPay is responsive to both it's sales agents and merchants.
3 or 4 attempts to get our tax documents from signa pay….absolutely terrible service
