I was really pleased with the product and overall experience from Signature. The standout points were the original design consultation where I was actually shown a sample, I’d had 3 other quotes and not a single one actually showed me the product. It wasn’t the cheapest quote I had admittedly but it was really worth it, the installers were excellent and I’m over the moon with the end result. The house is quieter and warmer just in time for Christmas. Thank you guys!

Again another amazing installation by these guys. Went back to them for windows after having a front door fitted by them. Advised by Micheal on the best style to have for the house, taking into consideration fire escaping. Great job done by Ben and Charlie. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Not a single thing I can fault them for. The demonstration and sales process was painless (unlike a couple of other companies I had in), they listened to what I wanted and gave me an idea of what it could look like. The price was brilliant so I couldn’t not place my order! When it came to the installation, I was kept completely up to date and the guys who came to fit were incredibly polite! So happy thank you!

Signature Home Improvements fitted 30 windows to 5 of the flats in our block, right from the start they were very professional, helpful & courteous, they arranged everything from the scaffolding to tidying the lawn areas when completed. Rakeem & Michael presented their quote very quickly & was one of the best value as we had 5 quotes overall. Once we had decided to go with them we were told exactly how long it would take to get them manufactured & a schedule of fitting days allowed.
Michael oversaw the whole job with his team & each flat was fitted exactly to schedule. The windows were really large & the weather was really unkind to them but they battled through & finished bang on time. Nothing was too much trouble & all the residents were delighted with the finished result & commented on how neat, tidy & friendly they all were, Ben the senior fitter checking everything was just right.
There were only 2 minor hitches with a scratched glass unit & trim, these were replaced without any fuss as they wanted everything to be perfect.
All in all a pleasurable experience in what was not the easiest of jobs.

My door is lovely and the fitter was excellent and work very hard resulting in a really good job done .I would strongly recommend them from my experience
