We are so pleased with the service from start to finish with our new front door which was fitted last week.
Michael came out and gave us a quote for a new door, which we were pleased to accept. He explained everything about what to expect from the door that we had chosen, from the thickness of it even down to the lock and key system. We were given an estimated time for delivery. When it came into the showroom we were given a date for installation which suited us.
The fitters were exceptional, even down to cleaning everything up so you wouldn't have known any work had been carried out.
We have since received the information regarding the warranty and also we have registered the key number as recommended (in order that if someone tried to get a copy we have to approve it).
This company is exceptional and one of the best we have had dealings with and we would highly recommend them.

Excellent once again from Michael and the team at Signature - despite it being months since the windows were fitted they were happy to pop back (next day) and fit some extra trims that we didn’t think would be needed once the inside was plastered but turns out they were!

Rakeem was very professional and friendly when he made the initial visit and provided us with many different options for a new door and windows. They were accurate with their timescale and being able to fit quickly. The fitters were also very professional friendly and tidy.

I would like to give a special mention to Rakeem as he was incredibly helpful. He helped me choose the style of the door, colour of the door and the fittings over many phone calls. He liaised with my tenant regarding the measuring and fitting of the door, nothing was too much trouble!
