I have just had all my windows replaced, right from the beginning the customer service has been amazing, always able to get hold of someone. Before they started work the lock on my patio door broke, and they sent someone to secure it whilst I waited for my new windows. Steve & Charlie did an amazing job over 3 days, the quality of materials and workmanship was stunning, they made sure everything was finished properly, put down dust sheets, hovered at the end of the day. Despite a problem on day 3, which meant my french windows couldn’t be fitted they worked together and found a solution. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending this family run company. Thank you

From the initial contact right through to end of insterlation, a 1st class company that is second to non. An extremly custoner focused company that is lead right from the top. Very impressed the Company owner comes out to each customer and does the measuring up and gets to know his customers, is so very polite and extremly friendly. I cant big this company up enough. This was my first time using Signature. Proffesionally, I run a design-led housebuilding company called Junnell Homes that specialises in high-end luxury new homes around Chichester Harbour and the wider town and country market. Though currently undertaking a new build of my own, my usual supplier couldn't manufacture to the opening sizes I required nor could they produce a 3-part sliding door. We we're looking for glazing solution to some wide and tall building aperatures but it was important that the framework had mimimal sight lines. This is a fairly specialist field; where the leading names command eye-watering pricing. Signature were able to provide alumiumium glazed doors to suit the abnormal height and width requirements, with fairly mimimal sight lines and all at a sensible price. They also provided some triple track sliding doors that I couldn't source through my usual channels. Rakeem, Michael and their team are all a pleasure to work. They clearly take pride in what they do and have the enthusiasm and conscientious attitude we require from contractors for our kind of specialist work. Discovering them on my doorstep in Chichester was a real find and I will gladly work with them in the future. We've already sent others in their direction and will continue to do so. I have been really impressed with signature from the onset. When the agent came to discuss what I needed it was done professionally and no pressure to buy. Once I made the decision to have the doors put in everything ran smoothly. I just can’t thank the team enough and am very happy with the quality and standard of doors. I was so pleased to find a local company who could supply my new front door.
From my initial visit to the showroom to the fitting took about two months which considering the door was custom built seems very good. Every member of the team including the fitters were very pleasant and efficient, I was kept in touch at each stage and am now the owner of a very smart composite front door.

Responsive, polite, on time, contactable, receptive to change and the job was fitted well, clean and tidy. Nothing not to like!
