very speedy delivery, beautiful necklace, exactly as pictured

I recently brought a necklace that I’d been looking at for ages, unfortunately the chain was quite thin and ended up breaking twice but when seeing and speaking to Jess she helped me to choose a different chain and replaced it for me. She was super helpful and I absolutely love the necklace! Will definitely buy from here again ☺️ thank you

I placed an order for a pair of earrings whilst i was on holiday and i accidently selected to collect from store when i wanted the earrings to be delivered to my home address. I messaged to explain my mistake and i received a reply almost immediately to say not to worry and that they would post the earrings to my home address . They also delayed posting until the day before i returned from my hols .. Thank you Emma from Brighton store .

I was very happy to find the necklace I was looking for at Silverado. It was easy to order and arrived in good time. It was nicely packaged. I would definitely shop with Silverado again.

Absolutely brilliant. Really couldn't think what to get my friend for her birthday and couldn't get into Brighton to check out the shop so chose some earrings from the website - they arrived very quickly (which was just as well as I had left it late) and they were even nicer than they looked on the website - thank you!

I ordered two pieces online for click and collect at my local store, which was super easy. The next day I had a phone call to say that unfortunately the pieces weren't in stock at that store but they could ship them from the Lewes store. This was absolutely not a problem, but everyone I spoke to was so lovely and helpful that they deserve to be recognised. I would definitely order again and recommend Silverado to anyone for quality and service!

This was a present. Ordered it on Sunday night hoping it would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday morning as it was meant to be 24 hours delivery.
It did not arrive until Wednesday 2pm and therefore was too late for my sisters birthday. My sister was so disappointed to not have any presents especially as this was a special birthday

I ordered the small pearl stud earrings. They came beautifully presented, very quick delivery and the earrings themselves are stunning.
I also ordered the large silver hoops, but I haven't worn them yet, but they are of a lovely quality. Would definitely use this company again.
