E sim did not work

I spent 1 hour on chat trying to resolve an issue with my Order Number: m5ao1-1x7e5 which your team could not get to work. I was told in the end that I could expect a refund but that still has not happened. Very poor customer service

Everything worked as expected apart…

Everything worked as expected apart from not being able to see the amount of data used in the sim local app which made managing data usage impossible. Also, as soon as the plan was activated, I started receiving endless calls from France which I presume were spam or phishing calls.

The lady was helpful

I bought 1 GB for 7 Days

I bought 1 GB for 7 Days. I didnt use my Phone at all on the first day (coz i forgot it at home). After that day the internet didnt work any more. That was really annoying. My Boyfriend also had 1 GB for 7 Days. He used his Phone the whole day and it still worked more Days.

Just to clarify, our 1GB / 7-day plans remain active for the full duration, however the data allowance (1GB) can be used at any time within those 7 days. Once the 1GB has been fully used, the service will stop working unless a top-up is added.

It’s possible that the data was used up earlier than expected, which would explain why the connection stopped working, while your boyfriend may have used data differently across the days.

We’ve reached out to you directly to explain this in more detail and to assist further. If you’d like, we’d be happy to guide you on how to track usage and top up your plan.
