Simple purchasing process, speedy delivery and great quality product x

The pants I ordered were nicer then expected, arrived safely to Australia in a timely manner.

My package arrived sooner than expected. The skirt was as the website pictures showed and the sizing is true.

Thanks Hod at least the style is same, however material is not as good as I thought, the worst part is the package, it’s shipped from China, whole jacket is smelling like chemicals plastic and that wrap up in that plastic tape......
If this is half of the price, I would not have problem, but for the price I’m spending, I’m not very happy with it

Unfortunately I found the fabric and quality of the items I purchased not good. Fabric was cheap for what you pay. This was very disappointing as the designs are fabulous.
My parcel was shipped from China which I found surprising as I thought it would have been made in the Netherlands. My items were jammed into the parcel so tightly and scrunched up that I can’t get the creases out.

I absolutely love this site and everything I’ve bought from it. I have no complaints and had no issues with anything I received. Postage was of course a bit slow because I’m directly on the other side of the globe, but I can’t complain about that - the clothing was well worth the wait and everything was amazing quality and true to size

I found the quality to be of a high standard, fabrics are strong and fall nicely.
Items arrived within expected time frame also 👍
Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the sizing is quite small compared to a standard Australian sz10, but will definitely buy again with this in mind

I would order again. The only draw back is it took a long time to receive the order , but they were upfront about that. I got two totes and a dress and love it all . Stay honest and you’ll stay successful

Love my new jacket, looks exactly like the picture so no surprises. Just one odd detail, there are no labels in the jacket. No wash or material label. Not even a brand label? Arrived in about 3 weeks.
Otherwise very happy.

I have ordered from Simple Moderne a number of times ... all of the clothes that I have purchased have been exactly what I ordered and of an excellent quality. When I needed help on an order the reply was prompt and the advice rational and reasonable in these times ... my order arrived and I am really happy with the service received. Great company, great clothes, great quality, I will be buying from them again.

I ordered a garment on 9 May, with tracking information indicating that it was dispatched to the airline on 16 May. I received no tracking information from 16 May to 1 July despite contacting Simple Moderne for updates. Eventually Simple Moderne resent the item and I received the original and replacement item 3 months after the order was placed. While i recognise that management of shipping is difficult during covid it would have been great if the company had been more proactive in managing my issue. The garment was great and sizing was perfect.

Only took 3 weeks to receive my delivery in Sydney Australia, Love the clothes, maybe size up for pants that don’t have elasticised waist. Having more AU size 12&14 would be great.

I'm in Australia and very nervous about my purchase but what can I say it frigging amazing!!!! I absolutely LOVE my jacket and will definitely be purchasing more from this site. Highly recommend it!!!!

This was an average experience. The packaging was really messy . The skirt was stuffed ( yes stuffed!) into a plastic bag.. with one piece of tissue. I do not expect the luxury standard of Net a Porter or Matches.. but Simple Moderne, who design interesting products, would gain by lifting the standard of their pack and ship service.
