Received Dressing table,was not happy with the middle draw as I took photos and sent it to their WhatsApp.But had no reply from James or any response to my concern on two occasions,no after care as they received money in good faith.Will not be using them again

Unfortunately as this was delivered in perfect condition as per the photographs and you'd signed to say it was, we can't then replace an item if the customer damages it. Really love my new dressing table
Really love my new dressing table. The delivery men were brilliant making sure we knew how to instal the door knobs so they tighten properly. They also changed the delivery date for me, with no problems. Highly recommend the team ant Simply Homes.

3rd item from this company …
This is the 3rd item I have received from this company so im obviously pleased to be a returning customer. the furniture looks beautiful in my bedroom. On this occasion I must thank James (Jim) the delivery driver. Although he had been let down by a colleague he continued with the deliveries by himself 5 ⭐ service as he didnt want to let customers down. And the chest of drawers I had delivered was heavy.

Friendly and helpful
Ordered a bedside table, Delivered within the expected timescale, delivered by Jim and his colleague. Both men were Very helpful and friendly. They took the furniture into the bedroom as requested and unpacked it for us. Beautiful piece of furniture, would definitely order again from them. Very satisfied with my purchase.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
Bought my Daughter a Dressing Table for her Birthday which came with a damaged handle, sliced all my finger on it sent them the pictures and they said they would send a replacement which I haven’t received. They ignore messages and even accused me of damaging the handle myself. Nobody advised me how tight the handles should be on delivery and now all the glass has cracked on 3 drawers which there reply was find a local glazier! Shocking customer service! Avoid this Company they do not care once they have took your money

Hello, many thanks for posting a review. Just for context to whoever may be reading this, we successfully delivered a dressing table to this customrt's address. We went the extra mile to put the handles on the drawers and fully set the unit up in place. unfortunately the customer then decided to tighten the handles against warning info displayed on our site, and has cracked 1 or more of the drawer fronts. The drawer fronts are glass and therefore although toughened and shatterproof, under imense pressure, can crack. We've advised the customer to take the drawers to a local glazier who will be able to replace the glass fronts however this wasn't the answer the customers wanted and subsequently this review was posted. A real shame as we genuinely feel great customer service was received here.

I purchased the Opulance 3 Panel Mirror.
I was already told that it would take about 6 weeks to arrive so I was happy to wait. There were further delays which was being effectively communicated to me and apologies given.
Their communication was very good and they carried me along.
Mirror finally arrived in one piece and so beautiful. I really love this mirror and it was worth the wait. Beautifully hung on my stair wall
Would recommend 100%

Beautiful Furniture
The white mirrored dressing table and bedside cabinet are absolutely beautiful, great quality and very sturdy. I would have given 5 star rating but the day after I noticed that there was a crack on one of the drawers under the glass and when I contacted simply home I was told that I had over tightened the drawer handle. I had definitely not as I had read the instructions on the website which warned about doing this and also I physically don't have the strength! When I responded back to say that I hadn't I was ignored and never received a response back. Luckily I have managed to repair the crack by holding a lighter by the glass, the heat miraculously closed the crack! So while the furniture looks beautiful, the after service isn't great.

Excellent experience and communication. Delivery was very professional and helpful. Item was open, checked and place led where we wanted it without any fuss. So unlike the experience we have had with a competition recently, where items were damaged when opened, twice!
