G`day, Alex and Jackie are fully versed on ex pat BTL home loans and know how to navigate the market with efficiency and speed. They have a very fast turn around and the comms are great. I have used another broker before and they would take over a week to even respond. Even if you are looking at standard loans please give them a crack.

Simply Lending made the process as simple as they possibly could for me to get the mortgage I need despite my situation. Communication was swift and clear, and I even got responses over the Christmas break which I was impressed with. John Hall was a great adviser.

Having lived outside of the UK for some time, I was looking for help with a UK mortgage after returning to the UK (my credit footprint was affected by living abroad).
My main point of contact was Simon Osborne. Simon was brilliant - he responded to many of my questions rapidly, professionally, and didn't judge how silly those questions might be. I also dealt with Danny Brown, who, again, was simply brilliant and helped me so much.
Both of them provided an opportunity to purchase a dream home, which, due to those personal circumstances, may not have been possible without them. I cannot rate them or Simply Lending high enough. It all went very smoothly, which was all down to them.
Would definitely use again.

I used this company 5 years ago and they managed to get me a mortgage deal when I had a poor credit rating, the service back them was brilliant. This year I have used them again and they have continued with that level of professionalism and I cannot thank them enough! We were not a simple case for a mortgage being self-employed and with a mixed credit history. Jack and Kerry really pulled out the stops to get us an offer. I would happily use them again. We actually had another broker offer the same lender but with no broker fee. Simply lending are absolutely fantastic I wouldn’t have gotten my mortgage with out them. I had never done anything like this before and they was always there when I had concerns. Max wallis my mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic and helped me evey step of the way would always recommend max as he is absolutely brilliant. Jackie my case manager was also brilliant and go this done for me very quickly I wouldn’t definitely recommend simply lending.

Massive shout out to Ava Conroy and Ria Daniel for their great effort and support in getting us a mortgage in a very good time. Our case was a bit complex, but from the start with their patience and rigour we got there. They are polite, they are professional, updates received all through out via emails and calls and all enquiries responded to promptly. Could not have asked for more... in a few weeks we move into our dream home!!
