We enquired about getting a mortgage but was unsure due to age and adverse credit we had a substantial deposit.
I spoke with Jack and within 24hrs we had mortgage in principal he was absolutely amazing so helpful even with my continuous questions thank you
We were then handed over to Zoey who took over then absolutely brilliant kept us up to date with everything and again always on hand to answer questions thank you

I recently took out my first mortgage with Simply Lending. What a great experience I had! With all the stress of buying a house, these guys were absolutely brilliant! I dealt with Jackie and Curtis, and all I can say is they were brilliant. Any questions I had (being a first-time buyer, I had a lot), they would answer; there were no delays, and everything was explained perfectly.

I got recommended this company by a friend and wasn't disappointed,they were really helpful with our mortgage and not pushy but if we needed them always answered the phone and responded to emails which is very reassuring when moving home.
They also phoned us to see how we were and how we were getting on,we had a very stressful move but it definitely wasn't down to simply Lending,keep up the good work and great customer service.

Was kept well informed from beginning to end with mortgage application. All the advisers and case managers were extremely friendly and made the whole process very easy.

Curtis and Jackie were awesome great communication with us would highly recommend

Jamie and Lauren were brilliant. Jamie stuck with us since early 2025 and was constantly communicating clearly and giving his honest opinion. Lauren looked after our case great and kept us in the loop all the time.

The only negative was the AIP Jamie was providing to the housing associations were incorrect as they had to be from the lender which I think affected some of the houses we went for . Hence the 4 not 5 star.

I was struggling to get a mortgage faster coming out of a DMP Michael and Jackie helped me every step of the way. Even after signing my mortgage offer they managed to get me a better deal and sent it straight through to me which saved me about £40 a month in interest. I wouldn’t have gotten a mortgage without them! Really appreciate everything they did including answering all of my annoying questions.

Couldn't ask for better service.

I now have a mortgage thanks to Lauren and Charlotte at simply. I honestly due to my credit score did not think this would be possible but they did it!

Lauren has been great at making sure all my mortgage information is collated correctly and all given to the mortgage company. She has put my mind at ease when stressing over paperwork and has been a great support throughout the application process.

Charlotte was great when I was applying and looking at properties, giving great advice and checking in regularly.

I honestly don't think id of gotten a mortgage without their support and careful attention to my case.

I know their costs are quite high but in comparison to a slightly cheaper company I also tried, their service was 10x better. Much improved and worth every penny.

My emails were normally responded to the same day on working days and all information for the mortgage was given in a timely manner.

Can't thank simply enough honestly worth every penny. Avoid the others, simply is the best.
