If I could I would give zero stars. I've been waiting for a cat flap doors fifth week now. I paid half the price upfront and they told me to wait 2 or maximum 3 weeks for installation. No updates, nothing. I contacted them after 2 weeks they told me that they are busy and someone will come to do it in 4th week. Installation should thake place on Friday, 8th of May. I waited all day but no one showed up. I contacted them several times on Friday and today, Monday, every time they told me to wait for email or call which I didn't receive. I am not sure if they even order the glass for me. Terrible service and company.
