Distinct lack of communication.
Failed to fulfill the order in the stated time and offered no communication as to why until I called after the stated delivery date, only to be told that they were running behind with their order fulfillment. Having waited for my delivery that never arrived I asked for a specific delivery date that I would be around to receive and was told that it would be no problem. How wrong I was to believe it because as luck would have it I just happened to home when it was delivered "2 days" ahead of aour agreed delivery date. The perspex was arrived as had been ordered but Simply Plastics are woefully lacking in customer service.

Exactly what I wanted!
