On time, reasonably priced

The cover for my Cruise 7 fits perfectly. It was shipped immediatley and the price was very fair.

I was sent the wrong transducer due to an error on the web page and had to pay the shipping to return it.

Intuitive and easy to use checkout. Hard to find parts, and delivery was fast.

It is my first time to deal with simrad website and I am very happy with that. The process of payment and purchase was very smooth with an excellent security system. I would like to point out that the third party must be specified in dealing with the site. In order for the email sent by these sites to be trusted or dealt with, these forms occurred to me in a previous request, later i will send the information about the pruduct in review after using ..

The part I ordered arrived exactly when I was told it would arrive and it was the correct item, professionally packed for shipping. That's all I ever ask of an on-line retailer: the right item safely shipped on time and with no hidden surprises.

I needed a "driver plug" for a simrad autopilot that I purchased New in a factory box from a dealer on the simrad site and had a cord on it but no connector. The wire tips were soldered and I could tell that this unit had never been installed. So I searched for a connector everywhere and no connector was available. A connector was not even listed on the simrad site. I had to order a "driver cable" for $43+. Now I will have to splice the cables. Damn poor engineering and planning on simrad's end.

I tried multiple times to get the rebate for my Simrad Cruise 7. I even talked to a woman who took my information!!and still you owe me $75!! I’m very disappointed.

Update!!!! Within 15 minutes of my post on trust pilot Missy from simrad emailed me and told me she will fix the rebate problem. And SHE DID!!! I’m going to have to wait up to 10 weeks for the rebate which is fine but she got me approved! So kudos to simrad and still shame on the company that runs the rebate program for simrad.
