Support for wrong products
The problem is that on their website, they have a picture of the pans and a measurement guide that is completely inaccurate. We received pans of the wrong size and contacted support, which was not helpful at all. They are smarmy, cheap salespeople who are instructed to dismiss any complaints. Even after the two weeks it took them to respond, they tried to dispute their incorrect measurement depiction, even though I had previously sent a screenshot from their website and a picture of me measuring the pans. It’s now been four months, and still nothing. Also, the pan isn’t even pure titanium, it’s stainless steel. I really, really regret my purchase.

Im an aged pensioner my grand daughter lives with me, shes always trying to gain weight and Im always trying to lose weight, she did her research into cookware so we could both cook healthier and told me this is the one we want Siraat. I saved up and bought the large fry pan. It's a whole new way to cook. Lower heat lower gas bills better tasting food. Im going to enjoy cooking again and im saving for the small fry pan. I was told this is a non-stick pan
I was told this is a non-stick pan, but it was a lie. I tried adding oil, not adding oil, different levels of heat, everything always sticks, whether it's omelet or pancakes. I spent $200 on this pan but it did not perform as advertised. Very disappointed and will never recommend this to anyone. Now I have to shop for another non-stick pan.
The only reason I gave it any star is because of the no-chemical, but I could have gotten that with a stainless steel pan with a cheaper prices. I did not get any benefit of what the design of the pan supposedly offered.

False marketing, the opposite of non-stick, poor customer service
Siraat market their products as being non-stick. I have never used WORSE pans in my life. From the moment I started cooking on them, everything I made immediately stuck to the pan and burnt. Their support team refuses to make this right, and I feel totally SCAMMED. Another crappy product with lots of marketing that I fell victim to. So so disappointing.

Bought the Titanium water bottle for my mum and it was lightweight and heat retention properties were good! A premium, minimalist bottle that prioritizes durability and purity over convenience features. Hence, l ordered one for myself as well, although it’s came damaged, customer support was very prompt to offer a one-to-one replacement and it arrived within a week. Glad that it arrived before my travel period. :)

Customer Service was exceptional at resolving my delivery service issue. They sent a replacement pan, after the delivery company delivered the first pan to a tree in the woods, that’s right they sent me a picture of my package next to a tree. Can’t make this stuff up.
