Rented a car at Copenhagen Airport for 2 weeks vacation. SIXT were good value, easy t deal with and returning car was fast & efficient. I have used SIXT several times and are my preferred choice these days.

All perfect, the car withdrawal, the car itself, the car return (self made, none was there, but instructions were clear). The only issue is that after three weeks I've not received any return status confirmation email/document. Was the car ok? Confirmation that the tank was full? ....what should I expect?

The new car was delivered promptly and I received all the necessary information, including the bridge crossing to Copenhagen. I recommend that you get a pass from the office. The equipment of the vehicle is above average, including navigation, for which I did not pay extra.

Love thw process to check in at the counter. You take a ticket then wait for your number to be called. I wish all car rental counters do the same rather than standing in line for a long time when it's ruch hour.

It was a good experience and I am satisfied with it. Check in was quick (in busy hour) and clerks very friendly and helpful. Car was better than expected. Also, Sixt is the only one apparently to have and push BEV in they range. Check out worked well aswell. Only minor thing is that the car rental park is pitch dark in the evening and you have to trust the report sheet until the day after. But I had no issues.

I made the mistake to book a mini leasing car with this company and thereby they kept my credit card information. Suddenly they just withdrew an enormous amount from my card after I had terminated my mini lease agreement. Just don't bother to do anything with this company they are crooks. How I properly have to struggle to get my money back, and will have to show up in the office and shout at them.

We had a really bad experience with the manager of Sixt in Copenhagen Airport.
We booked a car through economybookings.com who is a partner website with Sixt.
The manager didn't really want to help us at all because as she claimed "we are sorry but we can't help you because its a "third party" booking.."
We called the main office of Sixt and they were very helpful and service minded so this review is only for the service level at Copenhagen Airport.
Sorry Sixt Copenhagen Airport Office..you could have done much better!
Since then economybookings.com have refunded our money which is great service from them and the main office of Sixt.

I had a car from Sixt for a month. Then I return and we all signed the car is in perfect condition and I got approval for it. Then after a month, they send me a bill to pay. I called them many times and email them 6 times already to know what is this about. No one responded to my email but keep sending me a. When I call someone say we will call you back but no one does.
Poor customer satisfaction.

Great car rental company – I even received a free upgrade – a great hybrid car instead of a regular suv. I was travelling between Copenhagen and nearby places – it was a nice experience.
Just a little bit confusing is car return system (there is a double underground parking and key dropbox is somewhere not in a very obvious place (Kopenhagen centre)

My experience hiring a car from Sixt in Esbjerg was good. Everything went smoothly, and the gentlemen in the office spoke great English. The car I got was excellent, and the price from Sixt was very competitive. I would definitely hire again from Sixt Denmark
