The experience was seamless and smooth starting from agreement explanation by the team and handing over the keys. The car park is conveniently located and easily accessible with lift, and I had a big luggage to carry. The car was presented with clean and fresh new smell of the car was evident as soon as I sat behind the wheel. The car itself was very nice and smooth in driving and have had no issue for the duration of the rental. I would certainly recommend SixT for their courtesy and customer centric experience.

The service in the office was ok, the car was good, just the issue with faulty additional fee after returning the car (which was resolved afterwords). Otherwise, would recommend.

The service team was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. The car was clean, in great condition and got us all the way to Skågen and back safely. Wonderful experience renting and returning.

Our flight was delayed but staff waited for us and they were helpful, friendly and all conditions were explained to us. Transaction was fast and smooth, car was ready and clean. We had same good experience when we returned car back.

Having been a regular world wide SIXT customer over the past 15-20 years, will likely indicate myself being very happy with their services.
A few "hiccups" over the years, but same have always been sorted out to the satisfaction of both parties.
SIXT, may be slightly on the high side, pricewise... But that is surely money well spend i.e. always good service, communication and standard of vehicle.

10 stars experience. The rental process was smooth and quick in a friendly and polite atmosphere. They are nice enough to wait for the last flight, although it was outside their working hours.
Sixt will be my first choice next time when renting a car.

Jeg har booket bilen via jer, så tænker der også ligger et fee til jer og I er et International brand, her går kundeoplevelsen på tværs og derfor er det vigtig at advare andre Danskere som booker via den danske side, på dansk af biler i Frankrig. Hvordan Sixts agerer som virksomhed. I stedet for at bede mig om at fjerne dette opslag, burde I tage fat i den franske afdeling, for det er meget svært at gøre noget, når man ikke kan sproget og telefonen ikke bliver taget, førend vi ringer fra et fransk nr.. og det virker til at der bliver dækket over hinanden.

First we need to pick up the car from terminal 1 (Nice) then a young guy starts the morebizz engine and makes me nervous that I don’t have the right insurance ‘when’ it goes wrong. So ends up with a extra bill for 500€ and are nervous the rest of the trip. (This is not how it works at eg. AVIS) When we safely delivered the car at Lyon Airport, we forgot one bag near the checkout counter, which we find out late the night. It was not possible to find the telephone number, so we returned to the checkout. (made a report online) They got the bag, but there where missing both a bracelet and a Omega watch and two beers… We are sure that one of the employees stole the missing items and they have cameras all over, but unfortunately the person with access to the video material was not at work, and do not pick up the phone.
Sixt business model is out of this world and so are their values. We will never use them again!!!
