Assistant manager at Banbridge Boulevard Sketchers store in Northern Ireland failed to convey store return policy to us on 23/03/24 when we bought shoes for my husband. She never told us that holding back the box meant we could not return/exchange the shoes. On return home, my husband realised he needed a smaller size so I went back at the next available opportunity (29/03/24) to exchange them for the smaller size. The assistant manager saw the shoes, and told me I could not exchange without a box, but as she had served us the previous week and did not relay this information to us, she wrote "special circumstances" on the receipt so I could return the following day (30/03/24) with my husband so we could exchange for a different pair of shoes, as they did not have a smaller size in the shoes purchased. Upon our return on 30/03/24 she refused to do the exchange and lied to the manager Eugene about seeing the shoes the previous day and lied about the "special circumstances" written on the back of the receipt. I expressed my unhappiness with being lied to, lied about, and scammed out of a substantial amount of money (sketchers are not cheap), but the manager backed up the lying employee and refused to assist. I will be escalating this to the highest point as I do not take kindly to being lied to or about, or wasting time and fuel to exchange something I was assured I could. Rest assured I will only return to this store in the future to receive an apology from the assistant manager and the manager Eugene. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The anxiety and stress the staff at this store have caused me, and the smile on the assistant managers face when she clearly thought she'd gotten away with her lies, is enough to send me over the edge so I will not be letting this go until there is a satisfactory resolution and apology from the staff in the store.

These shoe’s especially the Go Walk are extremely slippery on wet or muddy paths so they are not safe as a walking shoe

I have worn Sketchers for years and have never been disappointed. I bought my first pair at a Ross store in Utah. That was in 2012. When they started to get worn I purchased another pair. My 2012 pair became my "yard work shoes ". I was going to trade them out for this year with another old pair but I just can't throw them away. I use the online store now. I have never been disappointed! I don't know what I would do without my Sketchers!

The best golf shoes I have ever owned. I have had my Sketchers golf shoes for 2 years through the wettest winters ever and my feet have always been dry. At the end of a round I wash them under a tap to keep them looking good and they are in perfect condition still. Still the same soft spikes as well. Really comfortable.

The worse customer service imaginable. I bought a pair of walking boots from Cardiff but the sole has come unstuck. I contacted customer services and was told to go back to store. I live 65 miles from Cardiff! Then I was told to send photo’s. 8 emails later from2 email addresses and photos in 3 different formats they still cannot open them. These are the last pair of sketchers I will buy.

The goods were faulty. I purchased them in Alicante when I was there for the day and I could not find the receipt. I contacted Sketchers.es with a photo of the fault that developed, a cracking on the side of the shoe after light use. I wrote, to cut a long story short, to the Customer Service said they would arrange for the shoes to be picked up and if the shoe was defective I would be given a voucher to purchase something else on line. I am still waiting for the instructions for return of the shoes. I have requested this over 5 times now, to no avail. Please BEWARE of buying these shoes, the Customer Service is really non-existent and they are not cheap! Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care.

sketchers failed to deliver my trainers, told me to contact UPS-even though it is their responsibility under mt consumer rights as they are who i paid my money to, very bad customer service-they simply do not want to know

Hi I have not used disrespectful language toward your employees- listen to the phone call and you will see, my frustration is in not having the trainers I paid for, the lost days holiday I took and the three phone calls I made to Skechers customer services.
I fail to understand why you do not resend the trainers, you and ups need to sort yourselves out on this-after all I am the customer

Don’t trust this website, this is us based website running business in uk they kept my money for 5 months never refunded nor replying to my emails.
Don’t trust them and as per my experience they are scammers.

Went to the Rotorua store ....The two sales assistants went above and beyond for me....Jayme and Arisha (hope I got your names right?) I left the store one happy woman.. Sue

Made a purchase online and they sent the wrong product, emailed twice and social media contact twice to see if they could send the correct item out and we would send back the incorrect ones. No response to any of the 4 messages. Eventually got through on the phone and they are refusing to dispatch the correct item until we return the wrong one, they issue a refund and then process the order all over again. According to the timelines, it could take up to a month before we get the item we purchased.

UPDATE - Despite verbal promises that the refund only takes a couple of days (even though the website says several weeks) we are now approaching a month since our purchase and no refund. 5 requests for a returns label, and now 3 weeks since they received the item and they have several more unanswered emails.

Went to Sketchers Teesside Park to buy slip on trainers came away with a pair for me And a pair for my wife service was fantastic the young lady went over and above

Everything I get from Sketchers is just so comfortable. I had a slight issue with my online account which was handled and sorted in no time at all. Well done Philippa in the customer care team.

I got special discount code on my birthday to buy any one pair of shoes at 30% discount. The code did not work for the shoe I selected. I complained to the customer service immediately and still waiting for their response. I am surprised how a company like Skechers is not honouring their offers? Are they playing with us?

I own many pairs of sketchers and I fancied a pair of foamies a bit pricey at £50 but my husband treated me I only wore them once in Lanzarote they became dusty so after a wipe they were put in the balcony at 15:00 in the afternoon in the morning they were found melted and unwearable
I sent them back with the return label and have heard nothing… would never buy from sketcher again!!

Waterproof 4 month shoes bought on the end of May start leaking. Apparently no guarantee for this. Absolutely disgusting

OK my younger son bless his heart bought me these Sketchers slip-ins as they were widely advertised and I walk every day and trainers are important if you do. I don't walk on any rough terrain just along the streets flat and nice and I was delighted with the shoes to start with but they only lasted a few weeks (5 to be precise) and the foamy bit at the back literally fell apart! I haven't even washed them yet (they are supposed to be machine washable), never have worn them in the rain or something... Now I can't wear them as that bit at the back gives me blisters... 100 quid well spent guys... Absolutely gutted! Have to buy other shoes now but won't go for Sketchers again so disappointed!
