I'm a casual walker,not doing it for sports but having on my way so much…Friends talked me into buying the fancy hiking boots from another company. Despite my previous positive experience with my Sketchers, I tried the other brand. I went back to Sketchers within a month! I love Sketchers' casual walking shoes. They fit perfectly, and comfy claim is very accurate. My only slight complaint is I can never keep the laces tied. They always seem to come loose,that ropes is too damn long. But after a miserable experience with the other brand, I will continue replacing my Sketchers with Sketchers going forward,probably for a very long time.

I think it’s the best shoes for everyday wear and for active recreation like hiking or something.
I have worn my Sketchers sneakers for a couple of years and they are still in a pretty decent condition.

Bought shoes for my daughter they didn’t even last 4 weeks damage to the material & the sole was completely worn. Emailed customer service to say I wasn’t happy and that they weren’t fit for purpose. They told me it was just general wear and tear and they would give me 35% off another pair as a gesture of goodwill. I told them I wasn’t happy with the response and I was told that there weren’t looking into it further take the 35% or get nothing. Even at 35% off I’m not going to buy another paid to only last 4 weeks. Shocking service. Terribly made.

This company should be investigated. Please report to Trading Standards. They get away with poor quality and customer service because we all give up too easily. I purchased Walking boots in September 2022. They didn't get worn until April 2023. They are faulty, not waterproof and the GOODYEAR sole has come away from the boot. I have the photographic evidence and receipts. I contacted the retailer to be told I had to contact Sketchers via mail (not allowed to put email address here) I did this and followed all the instructions. It was rejected with no proper investigation of the product. I was offered a "Goodwill" discount of 30% then 50% off of another Sketchers purchase, from the same retailer. When rejected this (as advised by Which legal team), under the sale of goods act, I got informed by Martin Miles the Customer Service Manager that he had reviewed the investigation (just from photographs) and "I head up the customer service and investigation department teams. All claims submitted after these departments will be reviewed by myself and therefore my decision is then final. I apologise if you’re not happy with our decision from your claim". This decision is based on no proper investigation of the boots, just photographs. So, if your also a dissatisfied customer, your choices are to go to the small claims court or use section 75 if you have paid by credit card. I hope this advice helps someone. They get away with this poor quality and customer service attitude, because it costs us to do something about it, and we all give up because the money is better put towards a purchase elsewhere. I know they don't care about my review or the fact I will never buy another pair of Sketchers again. But maybe this might prevent someone else from having a problem. Farewell Sketchers.

Ordered 3 pair's of shoes for delivery tracking number is not the right one sent to a different address been intouch still waiting asked for refund or a redelivery still waiting for a response this is not how you treat your customers

Was gifted some Sketchers boots Tan leather walking boots, wiring months they started to come away and instantly leaked when walking in wet grass. Reported the issue numerous times since 2022, then Friday I was asked to send more pictures and the style number and where my local stores was, the information was provided them the following day they emailed saying I have no Evri or so your can have 25% on my next purchase. I already have 3 pairs of sketchers and this will be the last. There more happy in profits than substandard products, especially when you look at the unhappy feedback of 32% poor!

4 pairs of golf shoes thrown away before the warranty was up. 3 x delamination of the waterproof coating and 1 example of the sole parting from the upper. 1 pair was a replacement for the original. I did not buy direct from sketchers but from reputable retailers. Hot golf honoured the warranty but sports direct did not. (That's another review). I will never purchase Sketcher products again even though I have only purchased golf shoes. The quality is poor.

Ordered a few pairs of trainers online. Fast delivery. Great customer service in returning item too. Very pleased.

been to skechers bull ring birmingham many times never had such a bad customer service
being the second largest city in uk branded stores are likely to have visitors coming from shoping and buying gifts for their loved ones and there are always chances of customer coming back to change it for right sizes
bought few kids pairs for a friends kids who suppose to visit me upon reaching home came to know i got wrong sizes to went to change size on one pair being served nicely andsalesno issue at all
after a week friend visited me and then he told me to get different sizes as its eur and uk sizes and aome countries do half sizes and some dont so visited store again today at any time after 1300
one of the saleswomen got me the sizes after browsing and then bought an extra pair too i picked the new pair which had half pricr tag.
on till a new lady came to do the transaction i told her that the pair i am exchanged are light up one and one shoe lights are not flashing so instead of putting it on self and giving it to another customer put it aside in faulty
she made a rude face replied me thanks for doing our job salesperson id 831726
well i got shocked on her behaviour
she served me in a way disapoiting behaviour i felt really bad she charged for for 3 pairs sepralty the price she charge me was not what i was buying but i kept quite and thought may be i am mistaken after the transaction upon checking the receipt i have asked her the price on one extra new buying pair i am getting charged and she goes it £50 but on the display it had half price tag i told her its half price and she goes no full price i guided her towards the displayed pair she got confused and then starts doing something on new till and came back to me saying oh its full price i decided not to buy the product here she should have honoured the displayed half price as i know being a customer my rights but i kept quite another saleman tried to explain her something but she ignored him and told him that i been rude through out the transaction
my point is that all saleswomen needs to be very polite and helpfull

Ordered a pair of shoes online for delivery within a few working days. Still waiting and waiting! Contacted Sketchers - no response! Tracking giving no indication of delivery date. Poor show Sketchers! How can Amazon deliver next day and you are so bad?

Sketchers high Wycombe - two staff including manager working on Sunday 2nd July were rude and unhelpful. I will never shop with this company again.

I went there to buy some slip ons for my Fiancée, and bought myself some shoes as well, the lady in there was so helpful, first class service and some excellent shoes as well , this shop is in the Glades Bromley

Claire showed me good customer service. She gave me advice on 'Support Footwear/ Arch Fit' and assisted in showing me where they were in the McArthur Glen store.
Friendly staff, welcoming environment.

Having worn Sketchers for several years and enjoying the comfort I thought I would buy some for work. I found some safety shoes and thought I would enjoy years of comfort. I was wrong.
After 6 months the rubber across the front of the shoe started to come away from the material. A couple of months later the material started to split. Given that these are safety shoes it's not brilliant that they are failing apart. They have not been subject to anything near the level of use that they are supposed to be designed for.
I now have to purchase a new pair of work shoes but I know to definitely avoid Sketchers.
