I’m really struggling now to leave any more reviews as I’m really stuck for words, how many times can I write that I’m very happy with this company and it’s perfect products?
I don’t want to repeat myself but I’ve been happy with skin chemist for over last 8 years at least. So basically keep it up but I can’t criticise you about anything bar say well done.

Excellent! The products are all amazing, I have been using them for a while now and I can see the diference in my skin! Really fast delivery and very good customer service!

I have been using the wrinkle killer spf 30 face cream. I ordered on the evening and received with 36 hours. It was packaged well and communication was great. I have been using this product for just over a week now. I was expecting it to leave my skin greasy but it soaked in beautifully and my wrinkles dont seem to be so full on. My skin is hydrated and protected with the spf.

I ordered the Retinol Facial Serum and loved it.
After your usual Cleansing Routine you only need a small amount and it will leave your skin so soft smooth and even.
I will definitely be ordering this again.

I’ve been using Skin Chemist products for a year. They have wonderful customer services staff who can help you with any questions about their products. My skin can be bad at reacting to new skincare, but Skin Chemists is gentle to use. I’m really impressed by their formulas and how my skin feels. Their hair serum has made my hair feel lovely and thicker too! I highly recommend this company.

I have been ordering from skin chemist for a while now, had quite a few products from them and I'm so happy with all of my purchases. I'm so glad I found the company and the prices are great too. I definitely would recommend giving them a try

Very good experience. The Order was delivered fastly and the eye serum is great. I love it and Uwe it twice a day. My eyes look more awake and little wrinkles disappeared.

It is a wonderful product. My skin looks so good with the Collagen I bought. I think it's a very good lab. I also have retinol, I'll try this later. My skin looks great after a week using the 5% collagen serum.

I purchased a Rose Quartz moisturiser and it arrived open with a horrible smell. I contacted customer service and they replied within the same day and sent out a replacement which arrived within 3 days. The new product was amazing and very hydrating on the skin. Apart from the first order that came the product was good and customer service brilliant

Just purchased the black waterproof mascara . Wow what a mascara. My lashes look so long now. Never before have my lashes looked so good. Best one I have purchased to date. Would highly recommend

I wrote this review May 2021 and I got a reply today 4years and 3months later. Well I’m speechless by the reply and the speed of customer service. Over 4 years well well well !

I was tempted by the hefty discount, I ordered, it arrived quickly, I was thinking I had found a gem. Sadly it stops there. The day moisturiser arrived, I removed the top, no foil seal to protect the ingredients so there’s no guarantee this product had already been used, it’s thin, runny, the smell is horrendous, reminds me of cat urine, I washed it off but I can still smell it. We live in a world with many many skin care brands offering us great products, sadly this does not happen here and it is very disappointing and I can now see why you get a hefty discount. I would never pay full price for this rubbish. I give them 2 stars for delivery and the product is now in the bin.

I have had several skin care products from this company and haven't been disappointed. The day and night moisturisers are lush and hydrate my skin wonderfully. The skin serum is so nice and all of the products make your skin feel refreshed, hydrated and glowing.

I have bought the Skin Chemist Pro Expert Day Moisturiser. On a whole I think it’s a nice cream except the smell. I honestly think it smell like a cat urine. It’s such a shame because I like it otherwise. But the smell is absolutely revolting 🤢

I have ordered two orders from skinchemist and never received either one. I wrote to find out about my first order and customer service canceled my second order and said I would get a refund. I didn't want to cancel anything I just wanted to know where my order was. Now my first order is missing my second order is canceled and I still haven't recieved a refund. I was really excited to try this company, now I am just disappointed

I purchased the wrinkle killer cream absolutely amazing on the first use. Bargain price too, I love it and will be buying more.

Skinchemists retinol moisturiser is impressive. I've always had an uneven skin tone and an increased number of brown patches over the years. It's the best cream I've come across, as well as reducing fine lines it gets rid of redness and leaves skin soft.

I just try Skin Chemist Rose illuminating peel off mask,it's amazing.Now it will be my number 1 mask.Easy apply,and easy to remove.My skin usually rough and pores looks large,but after this mask skin so soft,glowing and pores looks clean and shrinked.I love this product,best of the best,you need try this.

This stuff is cheap and nasty. I purchased the snake venom in serum and moisturiser. Arrived in good time so that is what the one star is for. The RRP was over £100 on these products i paid around £50 ish. These arent worth a fiver. The products are extremely weak. I would say you pay for waht you get as £50 is quite cheap however even that is incorrect. I would never purchase or recommend this brand. Overpriced cheap products.
