Pro collagen facial serum, pro hyaluronic acid day and night creams bought and could see a visible difference within three weeks. Very happy and just reordered.

Disappointing. I bought 4 products (Wrinkle Killer day cream, Pro-5 Collagen night renewal, Collagen 5% Serum and Collagen Advanced eye treatment). The serum is so watery it just runs down your face onto the floor -literally impossible to use. The Wrinkle Killer day cream and Pro-5 Collagen night renewal cream both have an awful 'fake fruit' scent that's very off-putting. Only the eye treatment was nice.

Bought skin chemists vitamins c collagen night and separate day regeneration creams. I’m on my second day of an allergic reaction all over my fave...puffy eyes cheeks and tingling all over my face... never again very harmful products for me - bought from tkmaxx!!

Love all products. Not irritating too my eyes. And most products do cause some watering or stinging. Very pleased so far x

I have received nothing but first class service from Skin Chemists. The discount codes are fantastic and I love their products. The website is easy to use and the product descriptions are clear and concise. My orders are always dispatched quickly with no delays. All my orders have been packed well with each product individually wrapped with pretty tissue paper. It's the small touches that make a big difference. The personal emails from Richard after my order are a lovely touch and shows me that this business cares. I would definitely recommend this company and I will order from them again real soon.

I wanted to wait until I had been using a product from the skin chemists for well over 30 days before leaving a review. All I can say is, I am using the BiPhase retinol and it is absolutely brilliant!! I've tried so many retinol products from different companies, some were as little as a fiver one was seventy quid (that one did absolutely zero for me, review on SpaceNK)

This one is special because after application I get no redness, no peeling, no irritation, but I wake up in the morning and it's obvious I've used something because my skin is glowing.
The only thing I did misjudge was how much you would need, as you shake the product before application to mix the formula and the oil when you put it on your face- you think it's very watery and not going to go far, but a few drops does your entire face! So me bulk buying this product wasn't a smart idea, after a month I am less than halfway down my bottle :p

Skin chemists are a rip off company charging high prices then offering 70% off as its rubbish stuff,save your money.

Very impressed with this product - I can see a difference in my fine lines and creases and people say I look younger

Ordered online with a discount code and got the package in less than 24 hours, which was very impressive.
However the cream smells just like cheap car fragrance!!! Disappointed at it.

I ordered the Mother's Day box and I am so impressed. I received it in less than 24 hours, packaged beautifully. The products are full sized quality products. I bought after I saw good reviews and I will continue to buy. You can see quality from the packaging, they deserve a place on the dressing table. The products have proven results and a business that's started 50 years ago says alot to me.

They sent me gel eyepads that were dried out as all of the liquid had leaked out of the packages. I contacted them, and they sent me another box. These also had dried out. I contacted them again. I even sent pictures. I was told that they would send out another box, and if they were bad also, they would refund my money. They never arrived, and when I contacted them yet again, I never heard back from them. Quite a disappointment.

It will kill YOU not your wrinkles.
I put a pea sized amount onto my face and this product is HORRIFIC caused instant heavy non stop nosebleed, palpitations and red face.
I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY WHO ARE APOLOGETIC. THEY HAVE IT AS SOLD OUT (ALLEGEDLY) BUT DO NOT BUY IT: IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
The ingredients include syn-ake and Allantoin in other words snake poison and ape pee-which I found out after googling. No proper instructions or leaflet in the box or side effects, certainly no english mention of snake serum or ape related synthetic or not.

Skin Chemists wrinkle killer ( Japanese orange sensitive day moisturiser ). I was asked what I felt on this product by skin chemists two wks after purchase . I don’t feel two wks is long enough to review face creams , serums etc so at the time i
told them it was too soon to tell . Plus at first I could not get the pump action mechanism to work . I emailed skin chemists they advised on how to rectify /trouble shoot the issue . Thankfully their advise was spot on and it did rectify the problem . I’m now through 2/3 rds of my bottle and I’m seriously panicking thinking I need to get my reorder in fast . I cannot believe the difference iv felt and looked in my face . My skin feels smoother , iv less prominent open pores and I can feel iv all round better skin . I look in the mirror and see a smoother clearer dare I even say younger looking face back at me . You can also definitely see a vast difference in my large open pore problem becoming less obvious . Over the wks with daily use I can 100 % see a fresher more youthful , less lined me . Iv caught my husband a few times of late studying me. When iv asked him “WHAT”? He replied your looking very well in your face of late . Your positively glowing ! Iv had similar compliments from both my daughters , and even dog walking buddies have said I look so well of late , what’s my secret and one even asked if I’d had a secret medical procedure . After all these compliments I’m more than glowing I’m walking on air !! Thanks so much skin chemists . I will be purchasing this again price permitting and would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting anti-aging products .

one of the worst creams that I order before.

Skin Chemsts are an absolute joke. I placed an order on the 30/4 it is now 14/5 and I still have not received my order. Initially they stated that my first order went missing, a second order was placed and apparently that went missing! I requested a refund and have still not received it despite my saying that I would not buy off them again they organised a third order order which I eventually received and the items were NOT what I ordered!!!
I really don't need this total lack of service, I am a full time carer for my disabled 90 year old Aunt who has Alzheimer's, I have six rescue dogs and a young teenage daughter and very little time!
Avoid at all costs. However I will be making a written formal complaint to Managing Director.

The products are fine, not worth the original pricing though.

And the thing I ordered was out of stock by the time it came to dispatch, so they sent me a totally different product that I wouldn't have chosen to order (but it was a promotional item so whatever).

Customer service is a bit weird - sending me emails about getting a free product to review..that I had already reviewed in the past. Seems a bit generic. Not personal. Therefore a little bit weird.

I love their products. I think they are inspired. There's always new research into what could prevent aging of the skin. Which is what the skin chemists seem to have a large range in.
I've had a cucumber anti aging peel off face mask, a wrinkle killer snake serum. Ive just placed an order for two items. Theres a new product I've just ordered pro-5 collagen bee venom moisturiser, excited to use, it's new and theres scientific evidence behind their products which I love. The other item was a professional facial treatment of 5 x2ml capsules.
The standard shipping is £5.99 which is perhaps a little more than your usual postage, the other option, express shipping is £8.99. I'm never in a hurry that I can't wait 3 days at most. The packaging is most impressive. Not only the presentation boxes of the skinchemists products the box that comes through the door is sturdy and well packed. Most impressed.
The only thing is you get what you pay for, these products aren't low budget.

really BAD customer services . I won a prize from then 4th dec and still not received they ignore e-mails and messages . said parcel posted 14thdec and now say posted again tracked but could not give tracking number as not issued yet . I know all their parcels tracked as ive bought goods from them in the past , so my prize still not left warehouse 17 days later .
