Skin City is a Gem.They have a wide range of skin products,including eco brands and vegan.Their own brand
products are such good value,and quality.I use their own brand soft foaming cleanser.Delivery is really quick too.5 stars definately.

I've recently started using Neostrata products to help with my acne and had been buying them through another website reccommended by my skin clinic. I gave Skincity a try as I had noticed that the same products were often the same price or cheaper and there was also no postage to pay, which made it cheaper overall. I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I placed my first order on 13th December and it arrived by 19th, so within a week which is fine, especially for free postage. The products come nicely wrapped and I like that you can choose some samples of other products as a free gift. I have already placed another order and will probably continue to use Skincity in future.

Scam ! They do not unform you that you need to pay additional tax upon arrival ! That is half price of the product itself ! I have cancelled the order and never got the money back !!! Beware

I was looking for 'Kiehl's Soy Milk & Honey Body Polish', which seemed to be out of stock (online), everywhere except 'Skincity'. On Black Friday I ordered multiple units as it was such a great price (30% discount). I received a free gift & samples with my order - which arrived quickly. I absolutely recommend 'Skincity' for legitimate, quality beauty products at great prices. Excellent customer service, too.

Do NOT use this company!

Not sure where they get their products from but can only assume they get them cheap because they are old and going out of date. I bought a vit c serum that I have used before. These oxidise, go dark and shouldnt be used. Skincity sent me a product that was brown. Not happy.

**SCAM ALERT ** FAKE PRODUCTS ** Ordered very expensive face cream, when arrived - NOT A GENUINE PRODUCT. Had this confirmed by an aesthetic doctor by him checking the pharmaceutical website. Item received nothing like image on their website. I emailed images to prove this was not a genuine product to Skincity. No apology or acknowledgment - rude response- “sorry you’re not happy with the packaging!“ It’s not about the packaging it’s the fact the product is fake & I’ve been ripped off. I have been instructed to return the item but to ensure no seals are broken and to make sure it’s returned in original the packaging and any free gifts are returned (didn’t receive any anyway). The absolute cheek of it! Furious as this was for an imminent birthday present. Companies like this spoil it for other genuine traders. Awaiting a full refund!!!

**Update: 4/12/22**
Item returned unopened as requested nearly 10 days ago. Whether you agree if this item is fake or not I am still entitled to a full refund as this item has been returned to you in perfect unopened condition. I have sent yet another email today requesting my money back to Elaine. I am on the verge of contacting trading standards. It’s disgusting, they can take your money off you quickly, but the same doesn’t apply when you want a refund!!

I ordered my first item from here. It arrived so quickly and was beautifully wrapped inside; so much care taken for an online order, which is rare nowdays! So impressed as it was the also the cheapest place I could find the item I wanted. I have asked for items from here for Christmas because it was just packaged so lovely and the service was excellent too.

Excellent customer service, and they did everything and more to rectify when Evri lost my parcel. Problems will occur but it is how they are dealt with that matters, and Skincity could not have done any more to get the product to me by express delivery. Very, very impressed and the communication was first rate. Thank you & I will definitely buy from Skincity again.

Charged import duties. Wish I had seen the last review before I ordered. It definitely needs to be made clearer on the website. I’ll be sticking with Cult Beauty in future.

While the product was good value and the shipping was very fast I was charged an additional €14 customs on one item. It’s probably thrown into the T&Cs but it should be stated clearly on the site …. Won’t be ordering again

Really happy with all my purchases from Skincity, delivery time and communication. I also like that based on your previous purchases they select/ send you samples that could work for your skin. Have discovered great new brands this way that I never would have tried!

Despatch is prompt, items well packaged. I had an issue with one product and I had to return it to the post office which was a bit of a fuss but they sent me a new one and some samples which was kind. They have a great range of products too!

I love this company. They often have great promotions on. I found them by chance in April and have just received my third order from them. They have a great range of products and the delivery is always very fast and packaged nicely. I’d recommend this website.

Brilliant customer services!

I have placed about 3 or 4 orders with Skincity. I recently had an issue with an order that was claimed to be delivered in a safe place but my order was not there. As I really wanted the products, I re-ordered the items and asked if the promotion they had was still ongoing. Even though it wasn’t, Skincity refunded the discount from my original order. I don’t think I’ve ever received this type of fantastic service before. On a general note, they offer hard to find brands which I love and they always have some great offers. I can’t recommend Skincity highly enough!!
