Delivery 5 days delay , person who i talk to need to go for costumer service course and skirtings they had a defect .

Great service. Great product. Made big order, but slightly under estimated need. As what was needed was under de min order contacted them and they agreed to send another board out at a fair price.

Brilliant company. I mad the error of selecting 15mm skirting instead of 18mm. Sent an email and John contacted me straight away. Got the problem sorted straight away. Amazing. Will be recommending to all my other mates in the carpentry game

Ordered skirting covers and dado rail on line - website very easy to use . Was kept informed of when items would be delivered . All items arrived - but issue with two pieces - contacted them and the issue was resolved by John Phillips immediately . Replacement pieces delivered promptly . Products are now in place and the room looks amazing . Would recommend Skirting King .

A great and really clear website that made it easy for me to find and identify the skirting board I needed to complete the room (there was a gap in the existing skirting board and I didn't want to have to start from scratch). The team at skirting king were really helpful when I connected with them regarding my order requirements and went above and beyond to make sure I received the product I needed and swiftly! Would 100% use again and recommend to family and friends.

Ordered samples which we were pleased with so placed large order having just moved house. I needed to amend the order after placing it, they were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Based on experience so far, would not hesitate to use again.

We have just moved into our next forever home 🤣🤣
The house is very dated with brown stained pine everywhere including the skirtings, dado , architrave and doors.
We are now changing everything to straight edge pine to be painted.
The 3 x 3900mm that I received from skirting king is fantastic quality and I really am happy with.
The delivery guy was very courteous and respectful and delivered our goods in perfect condition which is great because we are doing a whole house.
I did have one slight issue with one of the lengths of skirting but this was resolved immediately and another being sent out.
This is incredible Customer service and I am very happy to recommend skirting king if you are looking for quality goods.
