Honestly, this company is beyond ridiculous. No where during purchasing did I see anything about no cancelling orders before they have been shipped. That logically makes no sense if you still have my merchandise CANCEL IT. I’ve reached out through email to them nicely enough and they have done nothing except tell me they can change my order to a different comforter if I wanted a different one. I have submitted a claim with my bank because of these money hungry ignorant people. I’m beyond annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Great customer service to resolve any issues. I made an easy exchange of product after deciding on a different blanket at the last minute. And missing pillowcases were sent promptly. Love my Wulf snow blanket. Thank You.

I was so happy with the comforter & duvet cover I ordered that I bought another set for my guest room & also treated myself to sheets. And customer service was very responsive both when I had a question on a product & an issue with an order. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased the couch blanket in gray. It is beautiful. The softest & most luxurious blanket I have ever owned. It is weighted & very, very warm, which I love. I was so impressed by the blanket I purchased a second one in the snow color for the bedroom. You won’t be disappointed in this blanket.

Received wrong color bedding and not returning my emails to return they ignore people

I ordered this product because I was not sleeping well. So my therapist said to me “sometimes you even have to invest in your sleep.” Baby I was inpatient but it was well worth the wait. 1st: DON’T BE CHEAP… you need to order a set WITH THE OVERSIZED COMFORTER INCLUDED… the comforter goes inside the duvet cover which makes it fluffy and heavy! and the velvet fitted sheet set is unmatched. I sleep in real life clouds every night now. I ordered the AMORGOS FINE VELVET KING SIZE RED AND GRAY 10 piece set and it’s top-notch quality! I ordered another set in Mocha for my guest room. My guest deserve to get this same sleep experience .

Now when I lay to close my eyes, because of sleep by Santi I’m no longer sleep deprived!

I have a few sets of sheets, pillow cases and comforters. Absolutely 💯 LOVE all of them!!! Worth the money in my opinion! I sleep better!

I have just received my Blanket Color: SNOW. Excellent, excellent excellent excellent I am extremely happy with my blanket. It’s very warm which is great for my arthritis legs. Very professional and classy in packaging, the blanket in a satin black velvet bag with the company‘s name. I will be ordering again next month I have seen your Jaguar pillows which I hope will look just as the same as the blanket that I ordered very professional only had to wait 10 days. I couldn’t be more happier. Look forward to purchasing again with your company, thank you once again.

They have very shady policies. No cancellation before shipping being one of them while they charge you for return shipping. They hold to that even when they send you the wrong item. 8-15 business day shipping that they never hit put you off for a week after then ask for 2-3 more weeks by offering you 10% off. The customer service is very poor only offer excuse no remedies to adress issues. They say in stock ready to ship but they never ship on time

Ordered a duvet. After reviewing the quality of their items and complaints, cancelled the order any hour later. They said they cannot cancel any order and have to ship it, and then I have to ship back. Do not be fooled. Those pictures are created with AI. The product looks nothing like the picture as others have stated. Now I have a dispute opened to try to get my money back on an item that's been over a month and never shipped.

I ordered the fluffiest duvet they have and after waiting 2-3 months i got the least fluffy one, called them and they said they are sorry and the will ship the right one, a month later they said it was shipped but stock at the port or wherever it is in California, 2 moths later still stock somewhere so i never recieved it. Had to dispute it w my CC company.

So plush and soft… the fabric feels so luxurious and I’ve never slept more peacefully.

I purchased the 9 piece “CYRA Long Velvet Bedding Set” & I am so in love! The items are soft & the Snow White color is beautiful. The 9 piece set comes with the comforter which I thought was convenient! I was nervous the fitted sheet would make it too hot to sleep, but it did not! I had a question about the washing instructions and customer service was friendly & helpful. I have now washed the duvet & pillowcases a few times and all the items feel & look brand new! Very happy & loving this purchase!

I changed my mind on the color, and they have neen working with me to get somethig I like. Very nice people run this company, easy to work with. Dont wait get your little piece of heaven to snuggle up with this winter. I have one of thier comforters on another bed,product is excelent dont hesitate order yours now!

I bought the pillows a a set comforter and the pillows are very comfortable I slept so good and woke up without no neck pain this company has amazing products I love them

One of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid $700 for bedding from Sleep by Santi and waited weeks and weeks and weeks for it to arrive. During that time, I emailed multiple times asking why it was taking so long. Their responses were always the same: “We’re really backed up, sorry, but it will be worth the wait.” Spoiler: it wasn’t.

First red flag? Their tiny 14-day return window. Who does that for bedding? Most reputable companies give 30 days (minimum) or even 100 nights to actually test sleep comfort. I was so worried it wouldn’t arrive before we left for a trip—and sure enough, it showed up while we were gone. That means by the time I could open it, the return window had already closed.

When I finally tried it, the quality felt nice at first touch, but after one night we were absolutely miserable. The bedding traps so much heat we had two of the worst nights of sleep we’ve ever had. Our sleep scores plummeted. It’s literally unusable.

I reached out asking to exchange it for their “cooling” collection—figuring I’d at least give them another chance—but nope. “Policy.” They wouldn’t budge, wouldn’t help, and left me completely stuck.

So now I’m out $700 on something I can’t use, something I had to save up and make payments on as a gift to my boyfriend. Instead of feeling like a luxury purchase, it feels like I got scammed. After writing this review they offered me 40% refund. Still not good enough.

Bottom line: Bad policies, bad service, and a product that doesn’t deliver. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I ordered from Sleep by Santi and it took four months to receive my order. Four months! By the time it finally showed up, I discovered their so-called “return policy” is only 14 days, and the item has to physically arrive back at their warehouse within that time frame. That’s nearly impossible considering the delays they create themselves.

The product itself is overpriced, poorly made, and not worth the cost. After waiting so long, I expected at least decent quality, but it was nothing close to what was advertised. The business practices here are completely unacceptable—between the endless shipping delays, the unreasonable return policy, and the lack of accountability, I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Let me tell you about my luxurious experience with Sleep by Santi. You know that warm, cozy feeling when you get wrapped in a fluffy comforter and everything feels consistent and perfect? Yeah — this was the opposite.

First, I placed an order at the price clearly listed on their website. Then, like some sort of cosmic joke, I got an email from them offering 20% off. “Sweet,” I thought, “extra savings!” But no. According to Santi, my comforter is special — special enough that I only get 10% off. Apparently, their discounts operate on a “spin-the-wheel” system: some people get 20%, some 10%, maybe if you’re lucky, a free goat. Who knows.

When I asked them to honor their own website price, I was told “no.” Bold move, Santi. VERY bold. Imagine walking into a store, seeing a sale sign, and then being told at checkout, “Oh, sorry, that sign’s not for you.” Honestly, it takes talent to insult a customer with a coupon.

So yes, I canceled my order. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere — ideally with a company that knows how percentages work. But hey, thanks for the laugh. If anyone’s looking for a master class in how to alienate customers with math and email marketing, Sleep by Santi is your brand.

Sleep By Santi is my new favorite company. The quality of the sheets, pillowcases and comforters are fabulous. I have a very comfortable mattress and I needed the right bedding to go with it and I found it when I found Sleep By Santi! Anyone who even sees my bed or feels it all wants to lay on it falls in love with the bedding! My niece loved it so much. I had to order her her own set.
Their customer service is exceptionally well you can only communicate via email. However, you are communicating with a person and they are very, very, very helpful. They get back to you right away. They take care of all your concerns and they work with you the best they can. My only complaint is they should have a phone number!! for some people it would be easier to call however, every time I’ve emailed I’ve gotten a response immediately. Thank you Sleep by Santi - for your amazing bedding and amazing customer support
