An absolute scam. Ordered a comforter. Absolutely zero contact for two weeks despite emailing customer service five or six times inquiring. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely do not buy from this company.

I ordered the wrong size. It took 3 emails to get return instructions.

They finally provided them, on Nov 26th, I paid $96 to ship back the bedding, it was unopened, the package delivered on the 29th. I’ve sent 6 follow up emails, and messaged them on Facebook. No response at all. I’ve sent them a copy of the receipt and tracking number showed it was delivered and accepted. They have not refunded me. And now I am forced to issue a chargeback. They won’t respond to service request. Avoid doing business with them.

bought a blanket on October 5 was told order number would be pending. It is now 17 October I have never received an order number and the only way to contact this company through email that they don’t respond to. I’m just throwing it out there because there were no reviews of this company, but so far it’s pretty poor out I could’ve walked there and back from where I live three times there is no phone number to call just a none responsive email address that they tell you they’ll take two days to respond to. I mean it’s been 12 days. They haven’t even fulfilled the order because I have no order number just the fact that they took the money off the credit card for a very expensive item.
