Warehouse was backed up resulting in longer wait for product but once I received the package I could not be any happier. Customer Service was always responsive and ready to make better for me as a customer. 5 stars as the product is amazing and the Customer Service was just as good. THANK YOU!

Honestly I find it hard to rate 5 stars on anything but this comforter really was a life changer. It allows me to sleep deeper and wake up feeling way more relaxed. Looking forward to trying their sheets.

Their comforters are amazing! My package arrived quickly and customer service was very response with any questions I had.

There was a mistake with my order and I received king size pillow cases instead of the queen size I had ordered. Santi allowed me to keep these and shipped me the queen size at no cost. I've always had excellent customer service when shopping here.

I want to start off by saying how wonderful this company’s customer support is! I had originally bought a king size eucalyptus bedding comforter, but it ended up being too big for my bed frame, so I wanted to see if I could exchange for a queen. Customer support made it so easy as they are quick to respond, kind, patient, and very professional. Not only is customer support excellent, but the quality of the comforter alone is just THAT GOOD! it’s so incredibly soft, plush, and feels both cool and warm at the same time. Perfect bedding for those who like it cool, but also not too cold. I loved it so much I didn’t mind having to pay the return shipping fee to have it returned and exchange got a smaller size.

Hello everyone!! It took about a month for me to receive my order so I was thinking that this was a scam company but we just received our comforter and we absolutely LOOVEE it!! It truly feels like sleeping in clouds! My husband and I are in the process of purchasing more comforter sets!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I usually purchase from reputable department stores like Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue. I made the mistake of purchasing from this no name place. I sent the cheap and flimsy bedspread back, disputed the charge because she would not let me cancel beforehand, and then the thieves at this scam organization kept my money. Yes, they kept my money as they lied to my bank and said they never received the item back which I know they did because I tracked it. I hate to see anyone else get taken by these scam artists thieves. Please do not buy from here.

If I could give no stars, I would. They will charge you and not share with you that the bedding is not available to send and you have to reach out to get an update.

It honestly makes me sad, I like the bedding. The reality is they are spending more money on marketing and don't have the products to actually ship.

I was patient without leaving reviews for months while I waited for the delivery but now, I will continue to spread the word that they people should not do business with them.

I purchased this blanket on May 16 as a Mother’s Day gift and received it on May 21. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I immediately contacted the seller to request a replacement.

May 23: They asked for photos of the blanket they sent—odd, since the only issue was size, not quality.

May 28: I sent the requested images.

June 3: They finally created a new order for the replacement.

June 13: They informed me it would take “a few more weeks” to ship the replacement.

At that point, I decided to cancel and requested a full refund. The back-and-forth began: they insisted I couldn’t cancel until I returned the blanket (that they wouldn’t pick up until the replacement arrived…), blaming their return policy. It became a convoluted loop with no end in sight.

Fed up, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

Pros:

The blanket itself was nice.

Cons:

Repeated delays and poor customer service.

Unnecessary photo request.

No straightforward refund or cancellation process.

Ultimately had to escalate through my credit card company.

Recommendation:
If you're okay with delays, hassle, and unclear policies, this company might work for you. But if you want a smooth return or exchange experience, I’d caution you to buy elsewhere.

I ordered a comforter set for $411.38 from Sleep by Santini on March 21, 2025. I was told it would take 5-7 days for delivery. It is now June 7, 2025 & I've paid for but still haven't received my comforter set. I have contacted them numerous times & always get the same generic response:" You have been placed on our priority list & will receive our product within a few weeks". I have tried to cancel my order only be told that I can't cancel & I'm responsible for return shipping. I'm ready to seek legal counsel to get this resolved. It has been a nightmare!!

If I could give no stars of negative stars I would . What a scam. I ordered on 3/20 and still haven’t received it. Every email I send is replied by one that says they are offering me 20% discount and have escalated my delivery.

The blanket swims around in the comforter cover. It slips right off the bed and is a total nightmare. What is pictured does not look like what arrives and it’s just fake bougie I regret purchasing it from the bottom of my heart

Poor quality, dull color, not as pictured on the website. What is worse is YOU CANNOT RETURN IT. If you unpack it, they will not accept it. So try to determine if you like it by touching it through the hard to see through plastic bag. LOL!

Absolute scam !!! Paid them for comforter in February. Still hasnt shipped.

If I could give a negative number, I would! Fraud! They refused to give me a refund for product I did not order nor receive but was fraudulently charged! I am beyond upset and they only reply by AI! Will not provide a phone number! Spent thousands of $$ and they do this!!!

The customer service is non existent. Stay away from this Brand they are con artists.

Their bedding sucks and their return policy is worse. We spent close to 1,000 based on the marketing of how wonderful their product is. The comforter weighs too much is uncomfortable to sleep in, the duvet is way too big. When we tried to return it (we were told we had 125 days to love. it or send it back) this is their response "Unfortunately after reviewing the photos that you sent us, the product is not in refundable condition as they are no longer in unused, resellable condition, and still in their original, intact packaging as indicated on our returns policy here, which was agreed to on purchase:
We apologize for this issue. Wish you all the best!" DONT BUY THEIR BEDDING
