Great communication, swift delivery, nice packaging. Unfortunately the size of the eye mask is too small compared to other blackout & lash-friendly masks I have used previously. I don't have fake lashes but I still didn't have room to blink, and the mask let in some light as it isn't large enough to fully seal around the edges. However, it is perfect for my 11 year old daughter so she is now using it and I will go back to my usual brand (which is a third of the price!)
I have updated this review after receiving amazing customer service from SMUG. They contacted me straight away and offered an alternative (larger) mask for me to try free of charge. They really went above and beyond and I will look forward to reviewing this item!

My husband says they fit well, are light weight and the adjustable strap is right length, not too long.

Out of 4 silk scrunchies only one ripped which is a shame

So bad. Stiff material. Cuts into my ears. Light comes through nose bridge, still completely squashed my eyelashes and the eye dents are so wide, couldn’t wear it for the whole night. I have a cheap satin one, soft material, would rather that is pressing against my eyes any day. They also sent me completely the wrong design. Expecting a refund for shocking cheaply made stiff as a board ‘eye mask’. The shoulder cooler/warmer is below par too.

looks lovely, but does not block all the light, it does not come far enough down the nose to completely block out the light.

No where near as good as the cheaper one I am using.

Waste of my money as it wont do what I needed it for.

The shaping of the mask around the nose should come forther down the nose, to ensure that, when you open your eyes with the mask on, you cannot see any light.

my other cheaper mask has a longer nose section and when you open your eyes with the mask on, it is still pitch black

When I first bought this I was in LOVE! Full blackout eyemask with a super comfy material that didn't feel like it was compressing my eyes, gave me the perfect sleep every night. The elastic wore out quite soon but I just tightened the band and got on with it. 3 months later - having worn it every night - it is in tatters and I can see all of the inner materials. Really sad about it because its a lot of money to have to replace every few months and not at all sustainable

At the moment you make the order and pay it is said to pay 3.95 E for shipping at the webpage, and it isn´t said anything about extra charges because of the delivery outside UK.

unethical and bad treatment to the client

Lovely patterns, and the dome is great as it doesn't touch eyelashes. For the first few weeks it's great, total black out from light and a good night sleep. But after a few months the inner lining begins to peel away, and the elastic strap stretches and freys. Not good quality for longevity at all.

Truly awful quality mask. Purchased several months ago and at first I really loved it, it does completely black-out your surroundings and it works for side sleepers (thought I did find the strap annoying). But after 3 months the inner lining disintegrated and there was this glue under the lining that suck to my face it was horrible and frayed at the edges. I sent a message to customer service with pictures but no reply at all (yes I checked my spam folder). I'm so disappointed because these masks were so well reviewed but clearly made so badly, I'm not sure what to trust now and having terrible nights sleep without a good mask.

Order arrived on time .. had a problem with missing item but rectified immediately very happy with this service
