Safest Pet Carrier and Very Comfortable Bed for Pets. Every time I use my pet carrier every one noticed and asked many questions about it and complement’s it, then went right to the website and purchased one. I already know that three total strangers that I told about this product went and ordered one right away after doing a little research online.

The first one did not fit and you sent me a second one that does not fit. You ignored the measurements and sent a medium when the dog clearly needs a large.

Super quick service and warranty replacement for harness

My dog stands up and gets twisted constantly. I have to unbuckle her to free her while driving which is so dangerous. This product may be crash tested but it doesn't keep the dog in place. It was expensive and not helpful unless someone is in the back seat with my dog.

I ordered a SleepyPod carrier and it was processed quickly. I was able to receive my item that week.
It’s extremely high quality. I’m happy to know my puppy will be able to grow into and it’s backed by a great warranty as well.

I have had a sleepypod for years. Loved it. Velcro began to wear so i ordered another one. Re measured same cat and was still same size.
It came and I unpacked it.
Next day re fit it twice.
Too big around the neck. Took 5 minutes to get out of.
Emailed you wondering how I could return it as I list the packaging.
NO REPLY!!!!!!
It cost me $100 canadian dollars.

Hats off to Sleepypod for their amazing customer service. I had an issue with the sleepypod I ordered and they immediately set me up with a replacement. Zero hassle for me. It’s such a relief knowing a company not only makes safe, high-quality products but also truly stands behind them.
In my expirence if you get a defective product from a business online it can be a nightmare to resolve the issue. I was pleasantly suprised to have the issue resolved the next buisness day.
All businesses should take a note from sleepypods team, as this is what will bring customers back and not scare them away.
