Thank you Slim by nature, a program that not only works in the way it says it will, but provides a community of like minded people supporting you on your journey. A follow up phonecall after purchasing the program to confirm I understood everything and support every step of the way. Like anything you get out what you put in, but this program is simple to follow and achievable even for those with lots on their plates and and adversity to cooking, if you want it you will make it work. 12kgs gone forever

In 2020, I finally hit a realisation; the need and want for change. I noticed a friend on Facebook had posted her results from a Detox. She had raved about not only her weight loss, but how much healthier she felt, how much more energy she had, and what's more, how much better she was sleeping - all the changes I needed in my life as a busy mother of three, part time worker and wifey. I signed up immediately.
9 months later, I have hit my goal weight, I've lost 13kgs along the way, I'm healthier, happier, not bloating after every meal, my skin in healthy again and my sleep has never been better. I've never been a fan of 'diets' I feel they are never sustainable. This detox has taught me healthier choices in the kitchen, as well as to care and look after myself.
It's not a quick fix, its a change of lifestyle and the knowledge to help maintain.
The support from the team at Slim By Nature has been huge. They genuinely care for their clients and constantly offer support above and beyond - a rarity in customer care these days.

I have tried so many diets and fads over the years to lose weight and nothing has ever worked for me until now. The SBN program not only helped me lose weight but has also helped me identify foods that don’t agree with me and has taught me how to make good food choices and how to reign in and realign if I have days where I don’t eat what I should. I started this detox program really overweight and hated how I looked and felt. I did a active43 day detox and end up losing 16kg. When I started I was on three different medications for asthma and when I finished the detox I now only have to have one rescue inhaler. I feel amazing I’m so glad that I have taken the leap and did the detox . Life changer! I’ve tried many things with some results. This team and their product really delivered. It was hard work and so worth it to learn about my own body and what it needs. In 63 days I saw results that I know I can hold on to for life. As a post menopausal woman, I thought I would never see my waistline again. Follow the plan to real results. After many fails on different weighloss programs/ weightloss pills, shakes would give me months and months of migraines I thought being over weight was my destiny!! Until a friend got me on to the slim by nature detox, seemed so easy that it was to good to be true and to my surprise it works!! I have just finished my second detox and am sitting 8kgs lighter for my work life the patches worked better for me!! If u are like me and have tried everything you won’t be disappointed by using this product!! When I struggled for a few days Zahana was on the phone to talk me through it, I mean how many programs allows u to talk to the creator!! I heard about this program and it’s products from a friend and after seeing her amazing results and how she was simply glowing I had to give it a go. All I can say is WOW!!! Wow wow wow!!! Unlike many other products I have tried this is simple to follow, a lifelong change and it works!!!! I have lost 16.3kg on this program I am no longer obese! I feel amazing and supported by the whole slim by nature team. If I could give more than five stars I would!!! It is that good!

I purchased this product to help make me sleep as my sleeping pattern is terrible. I have taken it for over a week and no difference except I am waking up during the night now every 2 hours so staying awake sometimes for 2-2.5 hours . Maybe this product is not efficient enough for me so I can’t really say I can see or feel any different. Alittle more Constipated in the mornings . Maybe this product is not for me .

I started with SBN 4 years ago. Like all of us life gets busy and it's easy to forget good eating habits. SBN helps me stay on track, I try to do the 26 day detox twice a year, it really helps pull my back in line when I slide back into bad habits. Thank you SBN, love your work....
