Slimware Utilities 

Had problems with computer
And slimware fix my problems after a couple of attempts
All working great now

So far, so good. However, I did not get a call back about whether or not the download of Slimware was complete. Some repairs were made and everything seems to be in good shape. Had one incident of screen freeze immediately after fully downloading. Notice of action was sent via email from Slimware. No more screen freezes. Had trouble understanding some non-native English-speaking CSRs, but nothing serious.

I couldn't RIP a CD because my computer didn't recognize some CD brand names. So, the technician advised me to keep trying until HBB type CD's worked. But for some reason my computer wouldn't include the Data that went with the CD. And that is where I am currently. I can RIP a CD but it doesn't include the data.

My thanks to all the support staff for giving more life to my old computer. I don't think it's run this well for a long time. They really take the time to go over all the problems, and fix them appropriately . I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to make their computer run like new.

I was having trouble printing & then it popped up that I needed to update drivers. It stopped printing, but I found out I accidently caused it. I then updated the drivers & then I was told I needed to add slimware & an operator did that for me. So I'm not sure now, just what is in my computer. If I have 2 charges or not? For the updated drivers & the charge of $49.99 plus the monthly charge of $24.95. Maybe you can clarify this for me, thank you.

I found the service to be extremely helpful i solving my problem. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. My issue was taken care of in a minimum amount of time.

I signed up for slim ware then received notice that my drivers were still out of date, so I called it was Sunday, so I had to call back on Monday expecting they would give me a hard time, instead I got a fellow named Ozzie. Who spent a great deal of time with me for two issues that I had, He understood that I was 83 years old and did not know much about my computer he was patient and understanding and took the time to walk me through what I need to do. I am a happy camper. Drivers are all go to go. Thank you Ozzie.

My intial problem wasn't corrected uhtil the next day by my cameras manufacture. However your company resolve issues that I hsd with my computer

I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I'm not sure anything can get a 5. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I will continue to use Slimware Utilities.

I just wasn't sure of how this was supposed to work, but I know that customer care tried to help me the best they could I'm new at this

The tech understood all the issues my computer had was efficient. Thoughtful, respectful, well educated in his field . I would recommend slimware services to my friends based on both young men's behavior
