I am experiencing problems with Bluetooth on my PC. A technician tried for two days to get it working, to no avail. There seems to be a download problem and it shows a warning box when I use Slimware software. Bluetooth icon will not appear in taskbar.

My Assistant was very Knowledgeable and persistent. She employed many different methods in an attempt to connect my HP printer to my Computer. The session lasted for almost an hour but it was crammed full of many attempts to accomplish our goal. She was very courteous and communicated very well. A pleasure to work with !

I was very impressed with Slimware
I was very impressed with Slimware. Not only did they clean up the operating system of my laptop but they solved a long standing problem I had where my computer would not talk to my printer although both devices had recognised and were logged on to my wi-fi.
Slimwares operator was professional, patient and very polite.

I was not explan that there would be a monthly fee. I through it was a one time payment. 29.95 that is over 300 dollars a year and I only paid 200 dollars for my laptop and I am not a business using it.I turn my laptop on maybe once a week.
