Slimware Utilities 

Every time we call with a computer issue, there is always a technician to help resolve it and I've been a client for several years. The problem is resolved on the first call. The techs are professional, patient, very helpful explaining the situation and very knowledgeable. I enjoy using this service and would recommend it others.

My PC was almost beyond repair. Lagging, freezing, just not working. I could not afford a new one, so I tried Slimwares support. They spent several hours on it. The first time, because my computer was in such bad shape, it took overnight. That did not completely solve the problems. They went back at it remotely and then, viola it was working like a charm!. Thank you so much!!

The service technicians are great and very patient. I called at three am one morning and the service tech was extremely helpful and put my fears to rest that another company didn't install their software on my computer and were trying to scam me for money .

I bought their software for $28.69 and it didn't do what they said it would do. Then
paid for a technician to fix it for the price of $62.99 and they never fixed it either. So ask for a refund and only got a form asking me how I felt about their service. Told them to keep the money since I wanted nothing to do with them.

I got this software before I had read the reviews. Having read the review I now refuse to install their driverupdate software on my laptop. It could be just as others have said Malware. I have asked for a refund, no response. Even though I have made it clear to them that i do not trust them or their software. The lack or no refund show they cannot be trusted.

NOT IMPRESSED SCAM SOFTWARE. STATES FREE BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT. PATHETIC

I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received. Every time I have a problem they sort it for me.

I am an elderly person with a limited understanding of computers, but very worried about scams. I have ignored many upgrade messages, uncertain in case they are scams. The people at Slimware have been very understanding and helpful. I was a bit concerned, when they took remote control of my computer, but my worries were unfounded. My computer had become extremely difficult to use, and I had great difficulty even getting started. Slimware spent hours putting things right. They are brilliant and I trust them. They have been well worth the fee that they charge.
