I like this company. They help you when you need it. Very friendly people. They keep you update on your computer updates. Well to fix things when it wrong for you.

This was a disaster for me. Forced me to download three programs, techs. had my screen/computer for over 6 hours, completely messed up my printer and then had the nerve to change my password so I could not even get into my computer. At least someone answered the call to give me the new password. Because I didn't realize it I let more than 48 hours elapse and was unable to get a refund of more than $40

Slimware is always available 24/7, literally. They're very helpful and have been very patient with me when I've been a dunce. They're easy to contact, either speaking with them directly on the phone or by text chatting. They always remind me to close any personal information, which they're not allowed to see. that I can close the session at any moment.
They're safe, they know what they're doing, and they're worth it. I've called them for simple things and difficult things - doesn't matter - they're happy to help.
I don't know what I would do without them!

I bought the SlimWare package for $19.95 because the ad said it could find/replace my android phone contacts, texts, photos, etc. after an accidently restore to factory specs when the sequence of buttons were hit while removing it from a hard case. After 70 minutes of a slow talking rep about updating 6 drivers on a 5 month old desktop, He explained I had to pay another $49.95 to have the tech department restore my phone.
Slimware is just another scam outfit to get you to pay for more services. I later found ways to do it for free, but will take sometime to get all the apps back in place (and to remember them all). Their ad implied I would have my phone back the way i had is set.

They were very thorough and very precise about ensuring that my computer was running top notch.

Very professional and courteous to client. They listen to what you need and explain how they’re fixing problems and keeping things safe and up to date.

The one thing I notice, is when watching YouTube videos, the constant pop ads have completely gone away, except at the very beginning, you get the option of skipping ads, and that is it!

All of encounters with Slimware have been extremely positive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installation of Drivers was very good, although I din not expect add on costs.
