Slimware Utilities 

I had a problem with my computer not opening any pages for me and a warning when I switched on. Slimware sorted the whole problem out and updated drivers etc. Now my pc is working great. Thank you 😊

After getting slime are all my drivers are much faster!!

Sorry for not responding, but my updates are working fine. I had a bit of some areas still upgrading it self. I let it take its course and it panned out good. So, You guys and gals did a good job of updating my computer. I hope its stays like that, with no problems, it will be an excellent five star task you earned. Thank you for all your knowledge.

The attention that the Slimware representative put forth to help put my Webcam services to work was remarkable and I appreciate his time and effort,even though the camera wouldn't work. He let me know that the Webcam is probably out of date and my computer needs a new one.

Rip-off. Paid €20 for what was meant to be driver upgrade for my new computer. I did not get the driver upgrade but instead got a very heavy sales pitch for a costly computer support package. He/she told me that there were problems with my computer. I have it a few months and I never had any problems with it. The 'driver upgrades' that they did provide are all available from microsoft and other vendors for free. I now realize that the purpose of the €20 is to get you to pay for the time they spend trying to sell you something you did not want or need. Beware.

I was greatly appreciative with the help I had received to get my laptop to perform much better then what it was. Even though from time to time I still have a bit of an issue. Find your workers patient and friendly and deal with some customers like myself that are not familiar with computers. Thanks for me giving my input.
