Printer offline

I have been using slimware for approximately 5 years. I am please with them. However I wish their technicians would let the clients know what they are doing when the remote the computer. In other words a little bit of education would be widely appreciated.

I have had a good experience with Slimware

I have had a good experience with
all of the call center reps and the technicians who have worked on my laptop
and since my laptop is almost 6 years old there was much needed doing. i would recommend Slimware Utilities to others who are looking for similar service providers.

Computer breakers.

I trusted this company to fix my computer problem. They in turn, completely wrecked it. They kept asking to disconnect my external hard drive, until the USB ports stopped working. I would never recommend these to anyone.

Was looking to install driver update…

Was looking to install driver update ,so I could use usb external dvd player I purchased. Only to find out the 21.65 was leading to sales pitch for premium service starting at 49.95 plus tax ,to have tech update my laptop drivers . Told the guy no , I just count 21.65 a loss , lesson learned .
