Slimware Utilities 

I had subscribed in the past by mistake. Now I can't get rid of this program. It pops up many times a day and asks me to renew. It's very difficult to reject. I really want to stop this spamming (I had tried to uninstall it.) but I can't seem to do it. It is set up so that you'll renew by mistake.

All positive reviews are scam. 5 green stars. This is a set-up. Let's set them down.

After driver updates, tech tried to sell me service programs and was relentless making me very nervous about what I just allowed him to update. This site was Norton Security approved BUT NEVER again.

I purchased the lifetime version of Slimware utility download. However, the Driver Update download popped up along with "Carl" to help with the installation. I refused to give my personal information and his "help." When I asked for the refund he sent a link. The link opened a refund form that refused to accept my reason for a refund. I kept clicking different reasons until I found one that it would accept. Then I received an email that informed me that my request would be reviewed?? 60-day money-back guarantee?? I thought the word guarantee meant that you are ASSURED of something. I am waiting for the results of that review. If they refuse to refund then I will file a dispute with PayPal.

It’s a real scam, don’t waste your time and money, Driver update and other products do nothing or may crash your PC.

Bought the program in November, would not work in December, contacted support no help. Had to contact billing for them to resend my license, finally worked again, here it is January and it says my license is no good again, I bought it for a year!! Asked for refund and they tell me it’s been more then 60 days, it has not worked for 30!!

Watch out for the upsells. I demanded that they uninstall and it is still on my computer

Tried to take control of my PC via the pop up agent window. I refused and asked for a refund.

I purchased this product and keep getting notices to register which I already had. I am not able to complete my process of fixing my files.

The program is great and I've had no real problems downloading it. However, I wish I really didn't have to "re-start" between each update. I find if I don't, things don't, the updating process doesn't go as smooth.
(by the way, I had a real good tech helping me on this).

I could not complete the process by myself and so I wasted my money.

Slim ware has been very good at keeping my computer virus free

Had a bit of a problem figuring it out but all in all it seems to be a great product

I have used Slimwares for many years and am very satisfied with it the service. I can set it for anytime to clean up my computer and knythst it checks everything.

There are still problems with my system, I guess I can live them.

I bot to reduce personal maintenance, I got requests to do more personal system maintenance.

I've tried other programs over the last few years...I tried Slimware...and deleted the program I've been using. Slimware is great, seems to give me everything I need.
